The property manager is close to horrible. I have lived at my apartment for almost 4 years and its literally takes me at least 3 times to request for things to get done. Im the one always having to follow up with them on things. ALWAYS. and she has a really bad attitude. And when I try to look up a customer service email to reach out to the company, there isnt one. They dont even have a website. So thats kind of low key janky. And then the ONE time Im late and I ask for the fee to be waived, she said she cant. *************************** is really not good at her job. And doesnt do anything to really help tenants. They need someone in there that actually knows what theyre doing. I will be moving out as soon as I can find a better place. I have had a few property managers and none as lazy and ignorant as her. Every person I have spoken to that lives or has lived at the ************* property has said the same exact thing. Its extremely disappointing. I have lived at this property for 10 years. This property contracted Real page company to process the water bill for all the residents. I have been charged$10 late fee almost 15 times during the past seven years.adding to $150 Although I have set up direct payment since 2017 Till 2026Initial Complaint

I have been prejudiced against by the management , I have been living at the ******** terrace apt for Nine years , I requested my apartment to be remodelled, I main painted and carpet replacement and stove replacement four years ago .and every time I ask for repairs I do not hear from them until I said I am going to report you , the next day they brought a new stove a week after the painter showed up to paint the apartment, without any notice the carpet showed at my door to install the carpet , and he was surprised that I had no knowledge of the appointment. This is the management never notified me .I requested the light on the outside of my apartment to be replaced and it never was replaced by the management I went ahead and bought the light bulb also my apartment flooded twice and the maintenance never came to fix it , it flooded from the bathroom into the closet and the management never acknowledged the problem, the manager brought the owner of the property three months ago to get approval to replace the bowl in the bathroom sink until today it has not been replaced even the owner gave them the approval to replace the counter and the the bowl .Also I was told a year ago to get my windows and sliding door replaced and so far they have not replaced any. Even my neighbours got a new door and they have not been here more than a year and I need a new door but I have been ignored. Finally they raised my rent on December 2021 from $1450 to $1530 and this month of January 2023 my rent increased from $1530 to $1683 .and they gave me the letter of rent increase by ********** code. The management also told me the last time to unclog the kitchen sink that next time they are going to charge me for the maintenance work, why am I paying rent for the past nine years. I have a stroller to take my laundry , the management keeps threatening me that they going to write a warning against me to the landlord ,my neighbours have trash and wood trash and barrels all the timeBusiness response

We have made all requested repairs with the exception of replacing the windows due to them being on back order. As soon as the windows are delivered, they will be installed. ****** was notified of the carpet replacement; the tenant signed the notice agreeing to the scheduled install date. Rent has been increased in accordance with AB ****, Civil Code Sections 827 and *******. Per rules and regulations, personal items are not to be stored in common areas.
