I was a paid member of ***'s Club for a few years and cancelled the auto-renewal in August because the nearest store location is 80 miles away and we did not use it much. However, ***'s Club charged my credit card for another year of membership on September 8th, 2022. I called the number listed with the charge, ************, and they told me it was a mistake and the money would be refunded to my card. They have not refunded anything. I have called three times now and they continue to tell me someone will call me to from another unspecified department in order to process my refund but they never call. I stopped at the ********** in **********, ** and was told they cannot help me because according to their records I have already been refunded. That is not true. I was charged $47.48 on my **** card Sept. 8 and have never received a refund. This is getting extremely frustrating and seems like a fraudulent scam. I am getting nowhere talking to customer service. Can the ******************** help or at least warn others to stay away from ***'s Club?Initial Complaint

I bought a Powerall jump starter. I quit working, and never actually got to use it. The one time it failed. The item is under a one-year warranty, but I see that they are no longer in business. How can my problem be rectified?
