November 3, 2022 I contacted 281motorsports in regards to SALEEN sign. Per email, I was instructed to zelle a total of $160 ($25 for shipping + $135 for the sign). Payment was submitted 11/14/2022. For the past year up until 11/30/2023, I've reached out to the business several time for a resolution. I was giving different reasons as to when the credit would be issued but no resolution yet. It has been over a year and I am seeking additional help. I've attached email correspondence and proof of purchase.Initial Complaint

In 2021, I gave *********************** $5,300 on the agreement that he was to order a new suspension kit to install in my **** mustang at his shop 281 Motorsports.***** did not order the kit, instead he used the money for personal matters which I did not know. After asking multiple times for a refund, ***** claimed that a refund was impossible since the kit was already ordered and being fabricated and that there were delays. For the next 2 years, ***** has continually made excuses for why the suspension kit was delayed and that he couldn't refund the money. After contacting the suspension builder, they do not have an order in there system from ***** or his shop. ***** has admitted that the kit was never ordered and that he could not repay the money in full as he had already used the money for personal matters. He offered to repay the money via weekly installments over 4 months. I agreed to this plan yet ***** has refused to sign a payment agreement and begin the payment plan by issuing the first payment.
