Approximately two weeks ago, I had went through the Taco Bells drive through at this location around 10pm. I ordered food and the total was approximately nine dollars, unfortunately I do not have the receipt, when I got to the window to pay I gave the lady eight $20 ****. I then went home and the next day noticed that the change I had been given, a $10 ****, was fake so I called Taco Bell I spoke to an employee who then transferred me to a supervisor I told her what had happened and she said that she would have to reach out to her supervisor and call me back. This has been two weeks ago and I have called at least four times I have also went back to the location and ask for assistance in the drive-through regarding this matter and was actually denied service because I was getting upset that I was given if a $10 **** and nobody was calling me back or making it right now and all I asked was that I either get a different $10 **** or use that $10 towards my next purchase. I do still have the $10 ****. I dont think its right that I should be out that money because the employees at Taco Bell did not do their due diligence to make sure that I was getting my correct change back. Ive tried to call them multiple times. I have spoke to the multiple employees who have been very rude. I was even denied service! Absolutely uncalled for and very unprofessional. All I want is my $10 back. $10 to Taco Bell Im sure its nothing compared to $10 to me. So any help I can get regarding this situation would be much appreciated.
