The instructions were to have *************** prep the site very specifically. Provided half instructions. The electrician had to return to pull all wires, change out the entire circuit breaker box, change conduit, and add a circuit - because unknown to us and the electrician we had no directions for the steam sauna heater yet. The crate arrived by "last mile" ***** or other company. (pic attached as it came off the truck). It was packaged in 10 separate boxes, every one heavy! It required 3 local college football players with everything they had to help me get the boxes to the staging area in prep for assembly.The boxes are supposed to be numbered in the order that they are assembled - false.The pictures should match the actual parts - didn't happen.It's 2023, we have the technology to create assembly use instructions for ONE model, not many in the same document.Totally unnecessary. At one point we had to have all 10 boxes opened, the refuse removed to try and walk around with what the manufacturer calls pictures in a "humorous" but challenging process of elimination to try and move items into place (which often require two or even three people) in the hopes that we had the right part and didn't have to put it back from where it was initially because it was the wrong part. The descriptions were useless because we had no concept of which side should have been which. Three have glass. ALL are heavy and awkward.Keep in mind - this was 10 packages consisting of ***** lbs. - there were no easy or simple moves. Plug and play to see what fits where comes at the risk of an actual injury.I'm running out of characters - but if you are interested in learning more and are not from Enlighten reach out to me directly and I can provide other details of this experience. Bottom line: This thing had better last decades and never break down or die or we will never recover the "costs" upfront.

Charged my card more than agreed upon during our phone conversation. Item was immediately canceled and credit card was canceled. Advanced Goods shipped the item anyway and shipped 2 weeks after the card was charged. Took 2 months to resolve. Dont do business with them!

this company has stolen $1100 from me and completely ghosted me on the return. I could not speak more poorly of enlighten Santa and advanced goods. Do not purchase anything from them. Hopefully I can save you. ***** Fonts and *** have made empty promise after empty promise never following through on what they say. I will be filing with a local attorney.
