Date of the transaction: March 23, 2023 The amount of money you paid the business: $600 What the business committed to provide you: SEALED Item. What the nature of the dispute is: I am unsatisfied with the condition of the item, along with the box it comes in and would like an exchange. The owner has been very difficult and rude throughout this entire process! He lamented that he cannot give me a partial refund for the item I would like to exchange(because the item that I want to exchange it for costs less). So I asked if he could at least pay to ship the new item back to me, once he receives the item that I will ship back to him on my own dime. He refused and said I must pay for everything, and that this is essentially a waste of his time and what would be in it for HIS business? Once I reluctantly (on my end) agreed to pay for everything; now he is not even responding back to my txts when it comes to what address I should ship this item back to?! He has been a TERRIBLE person to deal with throughout this WHOLE ordeal! He has been rude, condescending, plays semantics with words and WILL send you the wrong item if you dont understand these words/phrases of his (correctly) from off his website. Takes weeks to send you the items. Sends them by the cheapest way possible and Doesnt insure them. This particular item almost got lost in transit by the post office, and I had to file a complaint with the post office and call and speak to numerous people for it to FINALLY arrive to me! SMH He also exclaims on his website that Offers and Trades are accepted, which is a LIE! Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: NO!
