    Ordering via my Toledo OH restaurants website, I learned that they use ChowNow for delivery.I did have a question I needed resolved and ***** *. (ChowNow customer support **** was awesome in how efficiently she followed up on my questions. I did get clarification on how the restaurants policy works so the issue really had nothing to do with ChowNow. As I was searching for info on this, ***** really took it upon herself to assist me in gathering the info I needed. I am very impressed with and grateful for the high quality service given by ChowNow.

    Worst delivery service ever. The app said my food was delivered and I called the restaurant - it was never even picked up. After waiting for the text support chat to respond for over 15 minutes, I spent 15 minutes on hold with ChowNow - once they finally answered, they couldn't give me a refund. I checked my credit card statement and was charged for the order (which included a delivery fee) as well as an additional GrubHub charge. When I contacted them the next day about the GrubHub charge, the customer service person had the audacity to tell me that I should be more careful with my credit card information and it was my fault. Do not use this company.

Regarding the refund, I have confirmed that the order was refunded on 3/6/25 - orders that have cleared the account may need 3-5 business days to see those funds return due to bank processing times that may vary. In regards to the GrubHub charge, we have no relation to that platform so it would be best to reach out to their support team if there is a charge on your account from them.     My order was missing a few items. When I called the restaurant they said I would have to call Chow Now. We had the food delivered to a hospital and I dont have the luxury of waiting forever for them to respond to texts or phone calls. Not using Chow Now again. It cost me too much to use them I.e. paying for food I didnt receive not receive.

    Chow Now was great after we discussed the matter. Working with the restaurant regarding the refund/missing items was slow, but it all worked out in the end

    This company subcontracts to other food delivery services (ex. ****) and will not refund unless and until it works out its own refund with the subcontracter first (over the course of days), even if you didn't receive your order. 2 of the last 3 times we have used them the order has shown up extremely late or not at all. This last time we cancelled after it was nearly an hour late. Then Chow Now said they would process the refund but then nothing for over 24 hours. We contacted their customer service and they said they had subcontracted with **** and had to wait for the refund from **** to process before giving our money back for the order we never received. I responded that we hadn't ordered through ****, we had ordered through them but they were firm. I guess the ****** is just order through ***** since you'll get refunded quicker and its the same drivers anyway. These guys seem like some shady middle men.

    Avoid ChowNow at All Costs!I had the worst experience with ChowNow, and I strongly advise against using their service. My order never arrived, and their handling of the situation was beyond unacceptable.The first ****** went to the wrong house, then asked a random personwhile on the phone with mewhere I lived. That person told him he was in the wrong city. Instead of correcting his mistake, the ****** ignored me, falsely marked the order as delivered, and disappeared.I contacted ChowNow support, and they claimed they had no way of tracking where the ****** actually delivered the food. The agent initially said they would reorder my food. A few minutes later, they claimed a manager had approved a remake and sent me a link to track a new ******.When the second ****** arrived, the restaurant told them they had already sent the food out. I showed the ****** my chat with ChowNow support, proving that a remake had been promised. The restaurant then told me they were never contacted by ChowNow at all. I called the restaurant myself (after they provided their number), and they confirmed that no one from ChowNow had ever reached out.I went back to the chat and confronted the same agent, who insisted she had calleddespite clear evidence that she hadnt. She then actually called the restaurant and realized the second ****** never received the order. Instead of fixing the issue properly, ChowNow sent out a third ****** without ever putting in a new order.After all this chaos, the third ****** canceled, and ChowNow told me Id receive a refund in 35 business days. They promised to send an email confirmationbut that never came. So now, Im out over $50 and have no dinner.ChowNow completely failed in customer service, communication, and accountability. They lied about contacting the restaurant, sent multiple ******s without ensuring a new order was placed, and ultimately left me with nothing but frustration. Save yourself the troubleDO NOT use this company!

    Placed an order, which was accepted. Restaurant didn't receive it for 2 hours and I had no help at all through the app. Ridiculous, and extremely frustrating. I told the restaurant that they should cancel their relationship with this business, as it is doing a huge disservice to their loyal customers. I give ********************** an F on all counts.

    Tried to cancel the order with the incorrect restaurant and no resolution. I was on the phone for over an hour with a promised a refund from the restaurant and never got anything. I will never use ChowNow or tres Potrillos again! This is a huge disappointment.

    Worst possible service EVER that I ever came across. What kind of SCAM are running? I made an order with Sajna Indian Cuisine - *********************************** and then 2 hours later there was no food and my money had been charged from my credit card. I am not sure what kind of business you are running but it is not your best because one thing that is to deliver the food that I paid for you can't do properly. I will make sure to never use your service ever in my life and tell all my friends. Calling my card to report SCAM. I just read all the review and understand that I am not the only one. Should not run the business that you are bad with. It will not be long for you scammers
