              My mother had a doctor's *********** at 2 pm with ************** at ***************** Health, *****************************. When she arrived she went to the main lobby to check in at the reception area, she was asked if she had COVID symptoms and she said no "I just have allergies" the reception called up to the ************ and told the receptionist that my mother was there for an *********** but she had COVID and was then told she could not see the doctor because she had COVID. My mom insisted she did not have COVID and the main lobby receptionist began to badger my mother and didn't allow her to see the doctor. My mother was there for 3 hours before she was told to leave the building or she would have security called on her and be physically removed. My mom left very upset and distraught, she took the wrong bus and got lost, someone saw her on the street looking confused and scared and the person called a cab for her. The receptionist gave my mom a "compliment our service" form to fill out.
