There was a previously signed contract between Total Property Solutions, *** and the owner of the property at ********************************************. The contract states that Total Property Solutions, *** would collect the monthly rent from the tenant of the property. Total Property Solutions, *** would remove the management fee and send the rest of the rent to the property owner. Total Property Solutions, *** has been diligent in sending the monthly rent to the owner until July 2021 (for June 2021 rent). Total Property Solutions, *** has not sent the rent of the rent taken from the tenant since July 2021.Total Property Solutions, *** has been sending an amount of ******** every month until July 2021 (for June 2021 rent). They did not forward the rent for July to February 2022, which constitutes 8 months. 8 months x ******** monthly rent = *********. A check was received from Total Property Solutions, *** supposedly covering the missed payments. The check bounced, and the property owner had to pay $20 to cover the bounced check. Total = *********.
