            On or about January 1st my husband and I went and to look at a Lexus LS460 2008 and I ended up financing the vehicle. On January 28,2002 my husband notified ****** at imports auto sales that he took it to Lexus and they gave a report about all the bushings are torn and ball joints and leaking and the control arms and knuckles needed to be replaced. I sent him screen shots of the report and photos from ***** Also the trunk which opens automatically does not open you have to use a key and the **** lights are on in the car so the sensors aren't working. ****** told him they'll fix all the problems and to drop it off at a car repair shop in Alameda so my husband did that. He dropped the car off on February 1st. ****** informed my husband on February 4th that the car was repaired so he went and picked it up. The car still had a clicking sound after a few weeks so my husband just doing regular maintenance took the car back to ***** and they gave another report stating the work hasn't been done and all of the problems still exist. Again my husband sent photos and the new report on April 12,2022. My husband contacted them he was informed they would take care of it and now they don't answer our phone calls or text. My husband even took it to another shop and they gave him the same diagnosis.
