  My car was parked in front of my house and there was a guy broke down and he needed a space cuz he broke down in the bike lane so he tried to park his car in front of my Escalade and when he was pushing it back cuz he was trying to align it up which he did but when he was pushing it by the time he should have gave it break he couldn't jump in the car and reached the brake on time so therefore smashed into the front of my car which I told him cuz getting late and I had a medical procedure being done in a day and a half so I had to take my solutions and hang around the house to cleanse myself so therefore I couldn't do it this so I gave him a few days to get back to me and he never got back to me on time until I called him that he started yelling at me then he lied and said he did not have no insurance but only gave me his phone number no ID no insurance and luckily I wrote down his license plate number and give it to my insurance and they found him now I am dealing with now I am dealing with ******************* at AAA insurance her number is#************ and her supposedly supervisor is ********************************* her number is 405-255-1810but neither have the decency or professionalism to call me back and let me know if they are taken care of this for me and covering their client with his name is ***************** and he is actually covered by them, all I'm trying to do is talk to a professional AAA person who can come send an adjuster to look at my car or to have it fixed I do have pictures, to witnesses, and a body shop estimate nobody's calling me back it's like they're brushing me off it's very unprofessional and very unfair for what they're they're they're insuree did to me can somebody please help me out can you please contact them and help me get this resolved all I have to say is that AAA insurance is very unprofessional with me not even calling me back they took down my claim # which is ****- 84-6662 my # is ************ *************************** thank you very much. *********************

  I'm a AA A client, a geico client caused a head on collision on Christmas Day at 11:55 AM. thank God no injuries, my work vehicle totaled I'm a small business operator, single father with 2 children in college after the accident AA A did nothing with my account for 7 *********** demandingi oay them $4,000 for rental car, towing & storage... While dealing with both insurance companies between January and between January and April I missed out on $10000 of work, spent $6000 on rental vehicles for the jobs that I could get, and, and a $1000 on Uber rides....... ************************* was in charge of my account and did nothing for 7 weeks. ********************* is now in charge of my account and is refusing to return phone calls and emails to myself and ****** at geico. In these cash strapped times this is is an inconvenience nobody needs a multi billion dollar corporation trying to take $4,000 from a single father, small business owner with 2 children in college is ridiculous.
