I am writing to you in my capacity as ******************* ***** wife , representing [*****************] concerning a recent vehicle purchase transaction at this business that took place. It has come to my attention that certain practices employed during this transaction not only breach standard ethical guidelines but also potentially violate Federal Consumer Protection Law, e.g., which governs the sale of goods, including motor vehicles, and mandates clarity, fairness, and mutual understanding in contractual agreements.Specifically, the contract signed by ************ was executed under conditions that starkly contravene these legal standards. It has been brought to my attention that additional paperwork, including a clause regarding a "no cooling-off period," was introduced and signed by ************ during a moment of indisposition, without the presence or consent of his legal spouse or any form of legal counsel. This act, given **************** documented learning disability and consequent limited capacity to fully comprehend such complex legal documents, raises severe concerns regarding the validity of the consent ostensibly procured by your sales personnel.Furthermore, the subsequent interaction between myself ************ and your sales manager specifically, threats of aggressive legal retaliation without grounds, and refusal to engage in constructive dialogue not only exacerbates the situation but may also implicate violation. This prohibits unfair or deceptive business practices in the marketplace.Given the gravity of these concerns, and in the interest of avoiding further distress and potential litigation, I hereby request the following:A thorough and immediate review of the sales transaction in question, including all associated documents and the circumstances under which they were signed. The nullification of the "no cooling-off period" clause, and any other agreements signed under questionable circumstances.A full refund of all payments made by ************ in relation to this transaction, including but not limited to the down payment.A formal apology to ************ for the distress and inconvenience caused.Initial Complaint

To **********,
This is in response to your complaint which is not a valid one. We offer good customer service and enclosed you can see that you signed the mark up addendum and also for the removal of the addendum on your purchase date. As our customer, you were very well aware of the price which we lowered the selling price from the addendum. You also got a rebate of $11,000.00. You signed the acknowledgement of the addendum and understood everything about the purchasing process which you agreed by signing the lease contract as well. We are in no practice to mislead our customers and we disclose everything openly with our customers.
This is a case of buyer's remorse and you willingly and knowingly signed all the paperwork and was very well aware of all aspects of the contract when you signed. Everything was disclosed to you as a customer so we do not have any means to refund you. You leased the vehicle and it is your vehicle for the next three years and have the option to purchase the vehicle at lease end or turn it into the lender.
Yesterday you came to our dealership and caused disrupt to our business, you called the police who politely in turn escorted you out of the dealership. So please accept your purchase and enjoy your new vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because:I was not informed that what the dealer installed options are and how they add up to the market value. This is the mislead. I asked the police whether I can protect with my poster on the side walk before I went and the answer is yes, as long as I dont block traffic. The truth is when I was quietly with my poster, several of your employees came really close to me and yelled at me and one of them took away and ripped my poster. I called the police because I felt really unsafe. And they came to help me to get back to my car.
Sincerely,

to **********,
There is no rejection to this matter , I have previously uploaded the markup sticker which you have signed with your own handwriting. You knowingly knew everything about the deal and you were not mislead on your purchase. We do not open our doors to do business to mislead our customers as a matter of fact we promote very good customer service. We have thousands of happy customers that keep coming back to do business with ** time after time at Stoneridge CJD.
You signed a legal binding contract which already went to the bank and processed by the lender. I hope that you can be happy and enjoy your new purchase. There is no cooling off period here in California so you have your new vehicle for the next 36 months which after you can decide to turn it back in to the lender, purchase it or trade it in. Those are your options available to you.
You cannot come to a place of business and decide to do whatever you want, it is private property and you need to respect that.
Thank you for your business!!
