            It turned out that I experienced a high-quality car wash service, but I didn't expect it to bring unnecessary trouble to myself. The two tires on the conveyor belt were damaged to varying degrees. The front tire is badly damaged! The inflation plug is broken. The hub light is damaged. The tire was punctured. The businessman said that he would pay the repair fee first, and then the manager would contact me within 48 hours to discuss the claim, and no one contacted me after two days. So I went to the car wash again. The staff said: The claim has been approved. The manager will contact me! The manager said on the phone a day later. Because I'm still driving while the car washes Everyone knows that. The first command is unprofessional. The second is the narrow conveyor belt, which damaged the hub lights on the tires. The inflation plug is broken. The resulting inertia caused the car to veer off the conveyor belt and eventually the guide tires were damaged! ! ! I only found out in the comments after the incident: things like scratched tires and car paint happen a lot in this shop! ! ! However, merchants will refuse to claim all kinds of lies and deprive consumers of their due rights!

            YOUR CAR IS NOT SAFE AT THIS CAR WASH AND THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE!!!!! The car wash ripped off the back panel of my 2021 Navigator and they are telling me that is was my fault. UNBELIEVABLY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! In the middle of the wash, the car wash shut down and two attendants came and told me my bumper was sticking out and they were going to push it back in. After the wash, the manager filled out an incident report and told me I would be getting a call. Today the manager told me that he reviewed the security camera footage and determined the bumper "not flush" on the side of the accident and so they would not honor the claim. While entering the car wash, there was an attendant that hosed off my car and was 2 feet away from the panel, he did not state anything was wrong. Even I don't even know what the manager is talking about! Bottom line here is, if the destroy your car, they will find some way to blame you, EVEN IF THEY HAVE TO MAKE IT UP. This company simply DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - even the club members. THIS CAR WASH IS NOT SAFE FOR YOUR CAR. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
