Spoke to extremely rude girl by the name of ******** kept me on hold 22 minutes did not resolve problem I just want my coffee replaced I bought four coffees by four get them for 20. 499 each they tasted like pee water they were horrible I am an avid coffee drinker and I don't appreciate the fact that drinking this coffee tasted like drinking coffee grounds full of water. This is abuse to treat a customer since the '60s, this way this rude woman by the name of ******** put me on with a jackass by the name of ****** which didn't make matters better. If I'm going to spend my good money and acme I'm going to get good product. Now refund my $20 so I can buy a different brand of coffeeBusiness response

Good day. You sent a complaint letter that has nothing to do with my organization. We are the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce. The letter references coffee being made and sold (which we don't do) and mentions employee names (********, ******) we do not have on staff. This is clearly meant for another organization and not the Chamber.
