I am writing to formally file a complaint against VivoBarefoot regarding a recent purchase experience.On December 15th, I purchased a pair of Vivo Primus Lite Knit shoes (Order # GE5121769945NL) directly from VivoBarefoot's website. As a long-time customer who values minimalist footwear and has previously had positive experiences with VivoBarefoot products, I was excited about my purchase.To my surprise and dismay, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging the clear defect in their product and offering a solution without hesitation, they instructed me to return the faulty shoes at my own expense. Furthermore, they indicated that a replacement would be subject to availability, leaving me uncertain about whether I would receive a satisfactory resolution.This response not only fails to meet the basic standards of customer service but also raises serious questions about VivoBarefoot's commitment to standing behind the quality and integrity of their products. As a consumer, I expect businesses to take responsibility for the quality of the products they sell and to provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions to issues arising from defects.I believe that VivoBarefoot's handling of this matter reflects poorly on their integrity as a company and their dedication to customer satisfaction. It is unacceptable for customers to bear the cost and inconvenience of returning a clearly defective product, especially when such defects pose safety risks.Therefore, I am urging the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that VivoBarefoot upholds ethical business practices and fulfills its obligations to its customers. Specifically, I request that VivoBarefoot be held accountable for replacing defective products promptly and at their own expense, without imposing additional burdens on the customer.
