I enrolled our son "*********************" to SAT Prep classes at "C2 Education of **********", located at ******************************************************************* on 7/8/2023. I paid $15,975.00 towards 300 hours of SAT Prep and other Educational support to my son. I received numerous complaints from C2 Educations tutors that my son been quite distracted during classes and playing with his cell phone, not doing his homework etc. I send a note on 12/10/2023 to the Center Director "***********" saying that "we will discontinuing his coaching and withdrawing him from the classes" . I received a phone call from "***********" on 12/11/23 and he mentioned that he will send a refund form to withdrawal my son. I followed up with Center Director "***********" on 12/16 and 12/19 to check on the status of the forms he was supposed to send me to process the refund. I received a reply from *** on 12/21/23with the refund request form and once everything is verified, they will start the refund process. I filled in the refund request form and sent it back on the same day 12/21/23. I followed with him on status of refund request on 1/3/24, 1/8/24 and 1/10/24 . I received a response form *** saying that rhe refund has been submitted and accounting is processing it. Please allow 4 weeks for the refund to appear on your card. After 4 weeks, I sent another email 2/10/24 to follow-up on the refund request. I have sent another follow-up on 2/12/24 on status of the refund request. I got a response saying "I apologize for the delay. The refund has been approved and accounting has processed the refund. Please allow a few more days for the refund to show up in your account.". I sent a reply on 2/20/24 stating that I have received my refund yet. I want my $5,441.25 to be refunded to me as agreed upon in refund request for on 12/11/24. I feel they are
