On 6/16/2023 I signed a contract with Quality Mobile Home Services. I gave *********************** a check for $350.00 for down payment. The contract states they were to REBUILD FRONT PORCH STEPS, INSTALL NEW BLACK CARPET, INSTALL WHITE VINYL SKIRTING TO SIDES, RE-ATTACH RAILINGS.Total amount for the project was $3,500.00. They never came back to do the job. I made several texts, phone calls, and left messages. They would never resolve the issue. They will not refund my down payment. They never would return my calls.Business response

To rectify this, we are expediting a refund check of $350 via U.S. Mail, which should reach ***************** within the next few business days.
