1-******** and window was supposed to deliver and install the shutters in June however, the shutters were not delivered until ending of September, the order was wrong, the installer cut the tilt bars on site, the bars ended with no paint at the cutting area. 2-******** and windows sent a designer that supposedly charged our credit card for the whole amount, as stated "his company will not start production of the shutters until the full amount was paid. It was our understanding that full payment was made, we did not hear anything about a balance during the 6 months our our order been supposedly in production. 3- we started to receive harassing messages from bay home and window employees, threatening with sending us to court and threatening with establishing a lien in our property. such harassment caused my blood pressure to increase, I developed hypertension, sleeping problems, and ringing in my ears. I want bay are home and window to stop harassing and to compensate for all the suffering that they have cause. first, the inconvenience on delaying our order, secondly, the problem caused by sending the wrong person to take the order, and third, bay home and window should pay for the health issues that their harassing has provoke. The very least we expect from bay home and window is to issue a refund for all the problems we encounter with their proceedings.Business response
