I went to the Animal Medical Center of Pleasanton for my (2) dogs **************** teeth cleaning. I dropped them off at 8am 12/26/23 and picked them up at 5pm 12/26/23. My receipt number is #***** the technician explained to me the care and the medication that I was to administer to my dogs. The very next morning I was faxing over my paperwork to my regular vet to be filed in my dogs record files and noticed that was charged for a medication (Clavamox) $***** that was not given to me they gave me (Amoxicillin) which is a generic medication. I returned back to the Animal Medical Center office on 12-27-23 to returned the none opened individual packaging (Amoxicillin) and let them know that is was fraudulent to sell me for a high cost medication (Cavamox) and give me (Amoxicillin) and I asked them to return my money (*****) and they refused to do what is the right thing. I have filed a complaint with my credit card and other customers should know how they operate. The Animal Medical Centers attitude was that all sales are final and I responded yes but you sold me something on paper that you did not provide and that's FRAUD and I left their business and will never go back.
