On march 2023 I had a physical check up. I was promised a gift card for ******* after the checkup. They claimed they sent it but I never received it. They won't send me another one. I feel this is fraud because they charged my medical insurance for the services without keeping their promise for providing the gift card.Business response

Hello,
Our staff has reached out to the patient to confirm that no gift-card was received in the mail or spent. We've requested the patient to come into our clinic to receive a replacement gift-card.
