      After realizing I was not going to pay the outrageous interest rate they wanted to charge I requested copy of the credit application I signed. They actually laughed at me and told me no. In the state of California if a person signs a document they have a right to a copy of that document. I want a copy of the credit app I signed.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/12) */ We're truly sorry about *************s experience at our dealership; however Pomona Kia has no control over the interest rates offered by the banks to car buyers. She was co-signing for her son who was a first time buyer applicant with no credit history and given the recent rate hikes from the Federal Reserve, unfortunately we could not find a lender to offer them a more attractive rate. ***********'s son was very upset about that and he was yelling profanities in our showroom in front of other customers and most likely they were not provided a copy of their application at the time due to miscommunication. We will mail a copy of the credit application to *************s home address. F&I manager was rude My concern wasn't their interest rate. They have a right to charge whatever they want. My concern is they ran my credit SIX times and I want all but one removed as well as copy of what I signed. There was zero miscommunication , I asked for copy of what I signed and manager made fun of me. Of course my son got upset as they literally were making fun of his mother. I have yet to receive copy of what I signed. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/08/16) */ Pomona Kia pulled credit report for the loan applicant only once, but as we submitted the application to different lenders for securing a loan, they pulled their own reports for review and loan consideration. That is the way system works and that is how we were able to get a car loan approved for her that she rejected. Pomona Kia acted responsibly and didn't do anything wrong.

      Kia pomona sold me a car that is is unsafe to drive. Knowing that this car was not technically under lemon law because of f a class action law suit I cannot sue them and the dealership isn't able to buy back my car. **************************************************************************************************. They have left me with little to no options in regards to getting my money back.

      9-8-2021 -The engine light came on and I took my 2016 Optima to the dealer for this scheduled appointment. The tech did an assessment and informed me of the problem and the cost. I approved and the services were complete on 9-9-2021. (See Invoice Attached) R O ********* 9-16-2021 the engine light came back on; I called Kia Service Department to address my concern, they couldn't check the vehicle until 9-20-2021 (8:00a.m) Kia told me they'll call me Tuesday (9-21-2021) They never called. I left 6-7 VMS until ******** Service Advisor, explained to me that the vehicle had no oil and I need a new engine and the cost would be $*****. I told the Advisor the vehicle had a oil change 8-10-2021 by **********. (See Invoice Attached) # ******** I also told the Advisor that on 9-8-2021 the Invoice Section 1, states multi point inspection was done and no discovery of any issues. I told********* Advisor I wasn't satisfied with their suggested decision of me to purchase a new engine from KIA of Pomona to fix the vehicle. I ask ******** is there any other remedy? They said they'll contact corporate about the issue. Corporate contacted the dealership and said the vehicle's warrantee was not applicable. On Friday 9-24-2021 I told ******** and her immediate supervisor not do any services on my vehicle. I'll be retrieving it Saturday 9-25-2021 On 9-25-2021 I retrieved my vehicle (See Invoice Attached) R O # *********

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/27) */ On September 8, 21, Customer brought his vehicle in for a different issue which the repair was authorized and performed. On the same visit and At the same time our technician recommended badly needed services for his vehicle and he declined to authorize these services including an Oil Leak which could have caused the low oil level and the engine to cease Please see the attached Repair order with notes on them. Pomona Kia recommended the needed service but customer declined to authorize the repair, so we are not responsible for this failier. The recommendation for and Oil Pan Replacement was proven to be false. Absolutely no Oil Pan leak to this date 11/2/2021 has been found. The first service was completed on 9/08/21.The engine light came back on 9/15/20 KIA couldn't service the vehicle until 9/20/21 The engine Is not ceased. The oil pan has NO leak. Our problems definitely didn't stem from the oil pan, but from the OIL Rings on the Engine Pistons that the Technician 9/20/2021 stated where Oil deposits were found on the Spark Plugs. ********** did Oil Change on August 10 2021 with no OIL LEAK Detected. On 9-20-21 their diagnostics didn't recommend a oil Pan replacement. Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2021/11/04) */ The vehicle came to dealership with no oil in the engine and the engine failed. Pomona Kia is not authorized to do any repair or provide rental car without manufacturer's approval. The Kia Manufacturer service representative did not authorize and declined the repair and therefore, unfortunately we're not able to help at this point. Customer is welcome to address the issue directly with Kia Customer service department.
