      Hidden Markup and Lack of Transparency I recently purchased a car from Pomona Kia, and unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered:1. Hidden Markup: The quote they provided included an MSRP that was higher than the actual MSRP on my cars window sticker. In the quote they presented to me, they added $500 for dealer accessories, which I agreed. But the real shock came later when I saw my cars window stickerthe actual dealers accessories charge was $1100! They effectively hid a $600 markup by not separating it from the ***** That information was not properly disclosed to the customer.2. Delayed Window Sticker: I couldnt see the actual window sticker until the financing process was complete because they claimed they needed to pick up my car from a KIA **** in **********, which is far. This lack of transparency made me frustrated.In summary, Pomona Kias practices left me feeling deceived and disappointed. I urge potential buyers to be cautious and demand transparency during the purchasing process. As a customer, I expected better from them.

      ********, We certainly appreciate your business, but based on the purchased contract when you bought your vehicle from Pomona Kia, you agreed to the price listed in the contract and signed for it. Dealer accessories were already installed on the vehicle you purchased and you agreed to the discounted price for the added items with a discounted price. Please see the highlighted section on page 2 of the contract followed by signature pages.

      WORSE SERVICE CENTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. JUST HORRIBLE OVERALL. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE NOT EVEN MAINTANCE THEY ARE LIARS.

      Went from five stars to one star. Should be negative Five stars. I do not know how they run a business. I do not know why people go to them anymore. Short short story. Had a motor replaced also had trans service and other things done. My trans now has issues and makes funny noises and shifts. Funny. Not to mention the nut I found on the top of my skid plate which came from somewhere in my engine bay. Their service manager tried to tell me it bounced into my skid plate from the road Somehow. Kind of not possible. They also are trying to tell me there is nothing wrong with my transmission. Doing a transmission service should not damage the pump of my transmission, I agree but somehow they manage to pull that off. Their service department refuses to call you back. Their sales department is who I was connected with when I tried to speak with the general manager. At first he put the phone down, not even putting me on hold so I could listen to all of their background noise of them talking bad about customers. After 30 minutes I hung up and called back. Got the same gentleman who this time whispered under his breath "dick" and then proceeded to tell me that the general manager wasn't there. Well if the general manager wasn't there why did you leave me not on hold but open line on your desk for 30 minutes. Covina valley Kia is a lot better. Also, if anyone has issues with Pomona Kia they should contact Kia consumer affairs. They should also leave a review on better Business bureau. And to top it off take them to small claims court where they cannot have an attorney and have to be present themselves. That is the route I think I'm ultimately going to go. Tried to talk to the general manager five different times. He's apparently too busy. Court it is. Once I find out who owns this dealership and their contact info I will be updating this post. I would hate to be the owner of this dealership.

      They ran my credit SIX times and my credit monitoring sent me an alert I told them To stop running my credit as it really hurts credit score to do that. They got mad at me for telling them to stop then they refused to give me copy of the document I signed to run credit. These people are scammers and I advise you to go somewhere else. I think they treated me that way because I'm an older Hispanic woman. They even laughed at me when I begged them for copy of what I signed. This company is shameful.
