Ordered the UKOKE RO 6-stage system via *******. It arrived 7/11/23. It came pre-assembled except for filters. Our handyman installed the system per the instructions in mid August. 6 months later we changed the filters, and the system was running. Mid Oct 2024, we noticed some of our floor tiles were lifting, then we saw water on our kitchen floor and cleaned it up, only to find that it re-appeared when we walked in front of the sink. Upon investigation, we discovered that each time the R/O system faucet was used, water was spraying from the pressure gauge inside our lower kitchen cabinet, soaking through the cabinet into the flooring below and running across the floor beneath the tiles. Our cabinet bottom was soaked through, and we had to purchase a dehumidifier, at a cost of $179 and run it for several weeks, hoping that we do not have mold under the flooring or the cabinet. If so, our costs will be much, much more. I contacted UKOKE via their website on 10/29/2024, (contact **********) and they have never responded.Initial Complaint

Date of Purchase: July 20, 2023 Cost: $194.55 Product broke in the Handle K*** I went onto their Warranty Page and filled that all out. I then wrote them an email with the photo images I have loaded into you. So far, I have not heard from them by email or by telephone, and their phone number ****************** is not being answered and just rings with a fast busy signal. They obviously do not have any type of **************** and spending this money for my garden was a sacrifice. I purchased a small window AC unit in July of 2023. After using this AC for approximately 3 months I removed the unit and stored it out of the winter weather. After reinstalling to use this year the unit started displaying "low refrigerant" trouble code. I contacted ukoke about the issue. There response was "we don't offer that unit anymore do we would like to offer a partial refund". After a quick ****** surch I found the average life span of a window AC is between 8 to 10 years. I figured 1 year of used of a unit that is supposed to have a 8 year life span. I paid $514 I figured a fair refund would have been $442. I believe I was fair in offering to accept $389.99 (the cost of a replacement unit). Ukoke offered $299. I responded with an split the difference offer of $345.00. I was then informed that "the company policy was to pay out $299.00. This was all they would offer". After considering the fact I would likely get nothing I accepted the $299. I am still not okay with this settlement. $220 for the use of an AC unit for 3 months (1 year of ownership) is unacceptable. $440 is a proper refund. I would accept the $389.99 for the replacement unit and $25 for the disposal of the broken AC unit. $414.99 is a realistic settlement. The way is see it they owe me $115.99Initial Complaint

I have a Warranty on a product I had purchased. Multiple calls made to the number they provided with the booklet information and warranty disclosure*************. Goes strictly to voice-mail. Multiple messages left to contact me. I had also emailed them they responded back saying possible coolant low. And they needed more information. I had provided that and again asked for a call. No response and I sent Multiple emails. No response. They are in breach with their warranty agreement. Like for them to either honor their warranty or refund/buy back product. We were trying to help ******* via email for the past weeks, and we were trying to fix the technical issue he had. We asked him to provide the purchase information or purchase receipt for the verification before any replacement or refund procedure. But, he cannot provide any documents as we request due to our replacement request. Only thing he requested us to have phone call. Due to the Covid-19, we cancelled the phone call department, and most employees at work at home. We are happy to assist the customers via email to solve all kinds of issue. As ******* mentioned, he has registered the warranty registered a year ago, but we found that he registered warranty after two days we received his compliant. Please check the attached. We have tried best to communicate with our customers. If he can provide any document which can approval his purchase, we can definitely help him to move forward. We want to like you know, we are the vendor of the ****** and *******, and ****** and ******* sell the defect items will low price. Peoples collects the defect item to refurbish it, then to resell it. If the customers cannot provide any purchase information, we won't help to move forward. At this point, we do believe he want to fraud us if he cannot provide any valid purchase information. Using the covid as an excuse to to talk to your consumer is the poorest excuse. Also try to find out who their authorized repair shop is but again unable to get any kind of response. Even if the product is out of warranty who where and contact can I get this product fixed.. poorest excustnto use covitnas an excuse. Many companies still have employees answering calls. I work for corporate America covid doesn't stop anyone to doing their job. If you can't find my warranty information. And in the previous response. I asked who your service repair provider is. So I can pay out of pocket to have the unit repair. But again you are neglected to provide that information to. This is poor business. No good contact information. No information of a service provider. That is the reason for the call.
