      Bought 4 "indestructible " dog toys for $53 and dogs had them broken in less than 5 minutes. I tried contacting company via email, but no reply.

      I purchased an Indestructible Stuffed Hedgehog for my dog on November 18, 2023. It cost me ***** with shipping. I tried clicking on their link to track it, but got nowhere. Wasnt able to track it from their Tracking Link. On November 30, I sent ANTARCKING an e-mail asking when it would ship & when it might arrive, but havent heard anything back. In the meantime, I saw all horrible reviews for the product, mostly saying it was easily destroyed by their dogs. So, what I really want is my money refunded. I am also concerned that I used my credit card, & worry about them stealing not only my money, but my credit card information. I hope you can get me a satisfactory resolution quickly. Thank you.

      I placed an order on Sept 9, 2023, my card was charged, and now its Nov 9 and I still have not received my order! I have emailed the company 9 times for an update and the finally to cancel and have never received a response.

      On 2 September, I purchased a "Wolf: RobustAnimal- Designed for Heavy Chewers" online, Order AT68296.My dog totally destroyed this toy within a few minutes. This product was misrepresented as "Designed for Heavy Chewers. Your advertising states, "100% indestructible & unbreakable! We stand behind that this will be the LAST chew toy you will ever need." When I emailed a complaint, I was told that if I pay for shipping they will replace the dog toy. No refund. This is unacceptable because I do not want another inferior dog toy.

      In September 8th, I placed an order for 4 dog toys from this company. I was charged for the toys and was told that I would get notified as soon as they shipped. I had not heard anything so I emailed them. I was told that they were shipped but was not provided with tracking information. I still havent received my order. I tried to contact them again but they are not responding to me. At this point I just want my money back.

      I ordered dog toys that were supposed to be indestructible and they didn't even last 24 hours. When you try to email the company all the emails are blocked. Please do not waste your money on this business

      This product was guaranteed to be indestructible. All 3 of my dogs destroyed the toys in seconds. I have attempted to receive a refund but they claim they can't do that since I'd need to send them back in perfect condition. Their customer service is laughable. See attached photos for tracking/email details as well as the messages I have sent and received. Ideally I'd like a refund and something done to prevent others from wasting their money on false advertising. Thank you

      I bought three antarcking products that were supposed to be indestributle pet toys. My dog chewed through each of them in seconds, a minute **** i expected MUCH better from a conmpany that clamis indestuctable. 5

      6 sep 23 saw ad on ******** for US based industructable dog toys. Toys ship from a ******* based company. Took a while to arrive. Gave them to my dogs this evening. They were completely shredded in moments. I feel like the company is disingenuous in marketing and standing by their guaranteed product
