DOT: November 27, 2020 order placed for medium sized dog bed. Order delivered and received December 9, 2020. Contacted seller on December 10 to explain that size ordered was too small and I would like to exchange for larger size. I acknowledged I would pay the difference in pricing between the two sizes. Seller tried to use loopholes in their policy to charge me for sending the item back. The seller stated that I am not exchanging, that ** returning and making a new purchase. After some back and forth, the seller agreed to provide me a return label and ship a large size once the incorrect product is returned, for a fee of $25, which was paid via PayPal. Return was signed and received by Nap Cap on December 14, 2020. I allowed a few days for the seller to ship the correct sizing, but heard nothing from the company. I followed up several times to which a message was taken every time but never returned. January 22, 2021 - Seller finally contacts me. Advises that they no longer have stock of the wanted product and that they would not be restocking the product moving forward. No option was provided other than the seller ONLY refunding the initial transaction. This transaction was done in bad faith. Extremely misleading and left me frustrated feeling like I was swindled. ***************** is the individual I spoke to throughout the transaction ignored all calls, emails and text messages after the refund was issued.
