I was hired by JAWZ protection as an unarmed security guard and they put me in a 21+ weed dispensary to allow customers in. When someone stole the tip jar I was instructed to apply physical force to take it back next time. On the second day, the store manager told me it would be my last day because its not my fault for being distributed here but he told me I had no business working in that store. During these two work days I was allowed no chair to sit in worsening my knee problems, I also had no breaks whatsoever and one 30 minute lunch on and overtime work day of 10 hours. The day I worked ten hours I was supposed to work 8 but was only told mid shift that Id have to stay until someone else was able to take over and that I was expected to work 12 for some reason, and with no chair, break, water, or lunch. When the time came for me to be paid, my hiring manager blocked my number and my boss, ******, continues to tell me to wait after 4 days. After two weeks I still havent been assigned work by the company after being told to wait for over two weeks, which has made me miss another 2.5 weeks worth of full time money. I still havent been paid making me miss important bills, plans with and for loved ones, and more.
