M*** gave me a very fair quote when he first came by. We weren’t ready to do the repair work right then, but we called him back when we were ready and he came by again to discuss in more detail. We set a start date, and he came on time. That in itself is a big deal nowadays. He finished on time, and left the site very clean. Through all these current rains we’ve been fine, no leaks. We still need more work on the roof, and Mike will be my go to guy. I highly recommend Molina Roofing. Thank you! **** GReview from Brian T

Molina Roofing did great work on my tile roof. There was a new addition tied into the existing roof, so not only is the new roof leak-free, but the tie-in between the existing roof and the new roof is perfect as well. There has been a few rain storms and absolutely no leaks. Molina Roofing was prompt and finished the work within a week. Competitive pricing too.Review from Mike H

Needing a new roof, we made several inquiries from the internet and friends. The majority of the responses were either well above average costs, or the roofers had no insurance, contractors license, etc. We came upon a review from a neighborhood site suggesting Molina’s Roofing. M*** was quick to respond, gave a fair and detailed estimate, and educated us on different issues that could arise. He had the required credentials and we opted to use his services. His crew finished today. M*** was on-site the entire time and kept us informed on the progress. A few issues he described did come up; and he absorbed the costs of most of them. To say we are pleased with his and his crews work is an understatement. We highly recommend Molina’s Roofing!Review from Douglas T

Needed roofing tiles replaced on an equipment shed. I called a large roofing company and the price quote seemed way high. I saw Molina Roofing on craigslist. Fair quote and on time. Besides doing quoted work, Mike found other roof areas needing to be repaired as he was repairing quoted roof repairs. I appreciated this as it saved me future problems down the road. He did all work in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up.Review from Claudia A

My roof had been leaking in several places for many years. Molina’s Roofing gave me a reasonable quote. They replaced rotten wood, broken tiles, new gutter and paper. They were very professional and I am happy to report all our leaks are gone. I highly recommended them.
