I purchased twice from this business back in 2021 and later unsubscribed from emails because of the massive amount of emails from their multiple accounts. I contacted them several times about this issue and was told there was nothing they could do even though other businesses do t have this problem. They addressed this issue on their site blaming their email system and provided a way to not get anymore emails but it didn't work after I tried several times on different occasions. Other people who have ordered from this company have the same issues as i have. In one month I have 35 emails in my spam I just want it to stop, like, it has been four years nonstop emails.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on November 30, 2024 for $92.29. To date I have not received the order or any shipping confirmation. The business has repeatedly sent out emails to customers claiming the orders would ship out. There has still been no update. On July 25th, 2024 I put an order for a purple flannel costing *****. Previously I ordered an L in the last and didnt fit so I ordered an *** thinking itd be the perfect size not knowing it wouldve been too big.On August 1st, I send an email to DREAM clothing about the issue saying I do not want a refund, I just want to get an exchange in products. DREAM clothing responded with am email sending me the direction of where to return the product through **** with specific instruction. I complied to all rules and sent the product back on August 3rd where I sent an email specifying an XL would fit perfectly. After sending the email DREAM clothing send an email on August 8th stating that Perfect, I have an XL on hold for you. I asked DREAM clothing if they wanted the tracking number and receipt for proof of me sending the product over where they stated, You don't need to, I have the XL on hold for you, as soon as we receive the *** we will release the hold and get that shipped out for you. I thanked DREAM for the help on August 8th and went on with my day.On October 4th, nothing came from the situation where I emailed DREAM clothing asking if anything came out of the situation.Then on October 27th, I sent another email about another follow up on the situation seeing if anything has been done where I got no response at all. Now as of November 22nd Ive received absolutely no email or product since.Initial Complaint

Placed an order a few weeks ago for just under $150. Paid for upgraded shipping. This company will not answer emails or send me tracking. It seems like a scam. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because the Instagram looks somewhat real but I was wrong they take your money and ghost. I purchased a hoody sweatshirt from @ItsDreamClothingHQ (****************************************************) through an Instagram ad on September 10, 2024, for which I paid $60. I saw the ad on the same day.I received confirmation of the order via email throughInstagram on September10, 2024. Since then, the status of my order has not changed. I just received a tracking number but the status of the tracking number has not changed from a label has been created and **** does not have possession of the package yet. The estimated delivery date will be as soon as we get the package."I tried emailing the company but there was no response. I finally messaged the account on Instagram to inquire about a refund. The account asked for my order number to which I provided. The account showed me a screenshot of a corner of a computer screen that showed my order number and the status "fulfilled."When I asked if they could provide a full picture of the entire screen they said they are unable to do so because it is not "emailable." I placed an order with Dream Clothing on 2/16/24 in the amount of $118.96. The tracking shows the package delivered to a completely different city than where I live and what was on my order. I contacted the company and was told to file a claim with them for store credit or I could contact ***** So I took my personal time to go to the local post office and was told the shipper has to file a complaint. I informed Dream of this information. They kept insisting I file a claim for store credit. I advised them I wanted a refund. I received no response to this request. Several days go by and I received an email asking me to review my order. Since I had received no communication from the company I left a review. Shockingly after receiving my reviews on their site I received an email stating the claim would be processed and that I need to remove the reviews. The claim that was processed was for a store credit for less than the amount of the order I placed. Again still no response to my repeated request for a refund.
