    This is a company that shells products through Walmart or Amazon. They shipped me the wrong item. I ordered a mattress and they shipped me a carseat/stroller combo. I ordered the mattress through Amazon. The bed I received had all of my information on the label, but showed that it was shipped from Walmart. When I reached out to Walmart, they told me it was an Amazon order and so that is how the tracking number got us on track to what had happened. Amazon reached out to the selling company for me and the conversation between the company and I began. They "claimed" they shipped me a new bed. Never happened. They claimed I received the correct product. False. Then when I asked them to ship me the correct product, they claimed it was now out of stock. Convenient. Although when you search again for the item, it shows there are 5 left in stock. Interesting.

    From there is has been a fight for them to come and pick-up this return from my home. There is NO reason I should have to utilize my gas, my vehicle and my time to take this package to a FedEx facility. And the company would only give me a QR code for FedEx. So Office Max (FedEx drop-off location) would not even take the package with only a QR code. Finally, the FedEx driver came to my home to collect the incorrect item, after I utilized my paper, my ink, and my tape to print the QR code for the box. And again, my time to get the FedEx driver to come to my home. The FedEx driver has picked up the item, but now the company refuses to give me a refund, stating that the tracking number is not updated in the FedEx system showing that the item is being return. Not my problem!

    I pray for every sad soul who choses to purchase from this company. This has been one of the worst purchase/ordering/shipping issues I have ever encountered and likely will never be ordering from Amazon again, simply because of this one company.

    Customer Service is not in their vocabulary. Mishaps in shipments, I understand can happen through technology. But outright refusing to understand my situation and how this affected me is not something they are capable of. Now I'm out $160 and so much of my time and energy. Pathetic. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.
