On November 1st I contact ********************************* the owner of Jon's speed and marine services to see if he could do some work on my boat which was a carburetor adjustment and to adjust my latch on the outdrive because it was not locking the outdrive when I would hit reverse. after having the boat for 2 days he called me and told me that he thinks he fixed the issue so when I picked up the boat, he charged me for 2 hours of labor which came out to $336.00 dollars he then informed to try the boat out and let him know if the problem was fixed when I took the boat to the lake it was still having the same issues. So, when he contacted me to see if the problem continued, I informed that the problem was not fixed he told me that he will make it right. and after that phone call I have not been able to get a hold of him after 18 calls to his cell phone with no answer or returned call I drove down to his shop which was closed the neighboring business, informed me that I had just missed him so he was nice enough to let me ****** a pen and paper so I left a note on the front door to please give me a call which I still have not received to this day. 12/09/2023 I tried to contact him several times before I had no choice but to call the BBB to help me resolve this issue. I would appreciate any help I can get to resolve this issue.sincerely *******************
