      Hello so we hired this business to provide party arrangements for my sisters quinceaera party. About a week before the party, we agreed to hire them for $1950, the day of the agreement we paid them 600 dollars as down payment without agreeing on a day to pay it entirely. The owner said he would pick up everything the night of the party so we assumed thats when we would pay. Fast forward to the day before the party, he calls my mother demanding for the rest of the money immediately. My mother politely lets him know that we didnt have time at the moment to swing by and drop off the cash and she told that would be in the area later and could drop it off. He said no, my mother told him she could send it through ***** and he said no, it had to be cash in hand immediately and stopping returning our calls. My sister texts him later on to make the payment and he sends a a long message claiming he tried multiple times to take payment and because of that he was canceling his service and he was going to refund the deposit of 600 though *****. It has now been over two weeks and he hasnt returned the deposit, thats all were asking for.

      En relacin a la peticin de *********************** que no lo conocemos por qu en realidad la que iso el contrato fue ******************************* que supongo que es la que debe aber **** este reclamo.
      En contestacin al reclamo que el seor alega creo que como l no fue el que bino a nuestro negocio y creo no sabe lo que sucedi y lo que se ablo y el el acuerdo que se qued con la ************************************* que fue la que bino  aser el contrato con nosotros. Se iso un contrato por la suma de $1980 para el da 21 de octubre del ao presente 2023 dejo un depsito de $600 dlares quedando un balance de $1380 el cual se le aviso y qued claro que el balance debera ser pagado dos semanas antes del evento el cual el pago no se cumpli dos **** antes del evento se le aviso y **** qued de pasar a pagar el balance y no pas a pagar se le volvi a llamar el ************************************* nuestro negocio el cual dijo que no **** tiempo de atenderme por que ****** ocupada con las damas de la 15aera le dije que el pago no se ava **** me dijo que el banko no le daba tanto dinero le di la opcin de mandarlo por ***** y tampoco lo iso me dijo que me pagara el da que fuera a decorar y le dije que nosostros no asestbamos pagos el mismo da de la fiesta. Por eso ponemos fechas de pago y si el pago final no se ase en la fecha acordada el evento no lo realizamos y no se regr***n depsitos por que nosostros apartamos las fechas para los ******** y dejamos ir ms ******** por que la fecha ya fue apartada entonces la hija me empieza a textear por la noche ostigandome amenasandome. Lo que respond fue que en mi negocio las reglas las pongo yo y ***s reglas mensionadas a la seora ********* se le esplicaron y **** ****** de acuerdo. Nuestro negocio no se puede arriesgar a aser un evento que no est pagado en su totalidad por la razn que las personas despus qu pasa el evento se nos d***parecen y no nos pagan por *** razn todo evento que agamos debe estar pagado dos semanas antes.  Si nesesita ms ********** me lo ase saber atte ****************************;

       I am rejecting this response because:

      This man is a compulsive liar. In his first statement he claims he doesnt know me despite us talking on the phone and making it clear that ********** is my wife and the deposit was coming out of my pocket. He also claims his business does not return deposits despite us having text messages saying he was going to return it, the number on top of the text messages is the same one he listed in his response. Again I want reiterate that all we want is our deposit back, like he said he would pay, nothing else.

      solamente que no bamos a regalar nuestro trabajo a nadie si ellos no binieron a tiempo a pagar el balance es porque no tenien interes de pagar. como mensione anteriormente que se requiere un deposito para apartar la fecha y el deposito no es reembolsable si la persona no paga a tiempo como se  le esplica oh cancela

      el evento ellos no pagaron nosotros tambien damos depositos a las tiendas para ordenar lo que nesesitamos. las tiendas en donde damos los depositos si no pagamos los balances no  nos regresan los depositos que es lo que usamos cuando los clientes **************** asi que en nuestro negocio nadie ba abenir a poner reglas y ni cambiar lo que esta establecido. el senor ***** cuando ablo conmigo me dijo que si el tubiera un negocio el si regresaria los depositos. a lo que llo le respondi y le dije que cuando el pusiera su propio negocio el pusiera sus reglas, pero como este era mi negocio y nadie iba a benir a mandar en el por lo tanto las reglas las ponia yo. y en conclucion el balanse debe ser pagado dos semanas antes del evento no se aseptan pagos el mismo dia del evento. si hotras perzonas trabajan asi nosotros no. atte. ******************* Dueno de genesis *********************** st *********** ** 93257

      A two piece dress, top and bottom piece from different dresses. Dress was claimed to be ordered when I sent $300 on March 28, owner claimed afterward to not be able to order the dress until money was fully payed. Sent $150 on April 9, payed in full now. Dress arrived in may 10. First issue was the dress didn’t fit me anywhere, after owner claimed it’ll fit perfectly since sizes were measured and sent in. Top piece had to be changed completely and bottom had to be altered. Went in for many try ons. Then the corset wasn’t the same color as the bottom( three days before event). Dress is finished a day before event and is now charging 160 extra. We are arguing either the promised dress or our money back, haven’t received either. Owner also doesn’t want to provide us with a description and doesn’t want to properly communicate.

      La señora **** A*****e mamá de Estefanía bino a nuestro negocio con la intención de e buscar decoración para su evento el cual no tuvimos fecha disponible la cual decidió agarrar el vestido de dos piezas. La parte de arriba la seleccionó de un diseño de un vestido. Y la parte de abajo la escogió de hotro vestido diferente. Le recomendamos que seleccionara el mismo estilo ambas piesas ya que el corset que ella abia seleccionado le dijimos que no se le miraría bien por que ella tiene busto grande y le recomendé uno adecuado para ella la cual no quiso y se negó a nuestras recomendaciones. También le abisamos el día de la horden que estábamos muy cortos de tiempo para la horden. Ya Que faltaba muy poco tiempo para su evento. Ya que un vestido que es mandado aser como el cliente lo pide se toma de 5a 8 semanas de proseso. Contesto que estaba bien que conque llegara a tiempo era suficiente la señora **** es mi comadre por eso ise el propósito de alludarla con su horden. Llego el vestido y varias veses le comunicamos que viniera a probárselo uno llegaba que por que estaba trabajando y no tenía tiempo. La primera bes que vinieron empeso el problema que estaba muy corriente que no era la que esperaba. Le dije cálmese bamos a medirlo Aber como se mira ya que toda prenda no es igual colgada que puesta en el cuerpo la falta quedo un poco grande no era mucho el corzet definitivamente por el busto quedó no bien y le dije recuerda que le dije que este corset no se le miraría bien. Le dije si ubiera agarrado el que le recomendamos le ubiera quedado bien. Y ella contesto ya nimodo que podemos aser yo le dije que podía aser un corzet de acuerdo al busto de la muchacha y dijeron que si empese el proseso de aser un corzet. El corset quedó al color exacto de la falda. Pero igual párese que ellos ya venían enojados le avisé que binieran a medírselo y no llegó a la hora que quedamos le recorde. Y me dijo que no avía tenido tiempo por su trabajo si ellos como clientes no ponen atención en que sus cosas queden bien que podemos aser. En el momento que ellos se llevaron el vestido de nuestro negocio ellos estaban aseptandolo tal y como estaba. Y si les puse un costo extra de $160 dólares el cual no pagaron. Solo pagaron la cantidad de $450 dólares que fue el costo de la mercancía que ellos se llevaron de y toda nuestra mercancía es venta final no aceptamos devoluciones ni se regresan depósitos en hordenes especiales.
