8/08/23 I purchased a set of tires and bought the best warranty with them so we would have piece of mind. We have had them for 5 months and have had them rotated, not at Carrols but my son rotated them when he checked my brakes and had them done while getting an oil change. we have driven, ****** miles on these tires, and took it in for an alignment and they said I need 2 new tires they are at 0 and will need the other 2 really soon, they are at 5. I called and talked the Carrols and he said bring my receipt and they will make it right. When I got there he said they had not been rotated and because of that they will not be able to replace them and offered me 2 tires for their cost, which came to 200 and something. I feel like he called me a liar and told me that is the best they can do. We had taken the car to them 2 times after purchasing to have tires repaired, not once did they offer or ask if we had them rotated or how bare they were getting. I feel completely ripped off. We were told that they would replace them, at any point we had a blow out anything except a knife slice, and once I did and asked them about my ****** mile warranty and just buying them a few months back , the manager decided that warranty needs more than we were told.Business response

We understand that the vehicle is massively out of alignment. She can go into our Rosedale location and we will give her 2 tires at no charge. It will require an alignment.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I found out about our tires being bald when we took it in to get an alignment. The same day I took the car into to Carrols to have them check them or replace them. ******* has fixed 2 of these tires, gave one receipt but not the one from 2 weeks ago. At that time they did not mention them being almost bald nor did they offer to rotate them. I would like a refund or all 4 tires. My husband and I went on a drive and hit snow. We thought we were on all weather tires and was a little over ****** miles on these ****** mile warranty tires, we slid in fresh snow, hit the side of the mountain, and that is how all of this started. ********* told us about the tires. It should have been Carrols but they failed us. because of the tires already feeling less confident on tires from this business. if that is not possible I would like 4 new all weather tires with the warranty prorated properly. thank you for your help
