      I have purchased many plants from this store and they are close to dead plants. My mom, aunt and uncle have also purchased from here and they all die. ********** and Lowes plants are in better condition than this nursery. That is not ok. The office manager, *******************************, seems to talk to me like we are all idiots. She made it seem like they were going to make amends and she lied. Then ******** states she can help my other family members and try to make amends and I told her I am here and you can make amends with me. And ******** said no. But she wanted my family members names and phone numbers? Make it make sense! My other family members have already stopped buying from here. But, I wanted to give them a chance since they are a family business and I wanted to support small businesses. But, it is not fair that they sell almost dead plants that just last enough time and then die after the very short, 90 day return policy. Even within the 90 day period, they will not return them like other reviewers have posted. They are criminals! ******** said we try to make things right and customers happy. I told her yes so as a small family business wouldnt you help me this one time to show that you care about your customers and you stand by your word. And, of course, she said no. She said I can use the service to revive plants next time and I told her why would I continue to shop here if you didnt make amends to help as a courtesy? I tried to reach out to *** Andersen, the criminal owner, and he said:I am sure you will be more satisfied with shopping at ********** and Lowes in the future. As far I am concerned this matter has been resolved.Dear ***: I will be happier shopping anywhere else, but your shady, selling dead plants, nursery.

      This customer purchased 2 plants from us on August 29 and September 2 approximately.  The value of the plants was $49.98 plus tax.  She did not come back to the store or make any purchases after September 2nd until she came back in March to return the dead plants and demand for a refund.  Our warranty on plants is 90 days from date of purchase.  You can see that she was well beyond our standard warranty period.  When people have issues with plants we encourage them to contact us before the plants die, that way we can get them back on track or if need be extend the warranty period and or replace them.  She did not do this.  Her complaint sent to the BBB is the review she posted on Yelp.  She posted the same review for both stores even though the incident happened in *****.  Obviously, as a nursery we are not in the business of selling dead or dying plants.  Her claims to such are outrageous at best.  She also challenged the credit card charges demanding a full refund of her purchases from these two occasions when she did not try to return anything except the plants, she kept the other merchandise, not sure how that is ethical.  During her visit she was aggressive and confrontational with my assistant manager who then called my store manager to deal with her and again she was aggressive and confrontational with her.  There is nothing criminal about our policies or how we conduct our business.  Her calling myself and my store manager criminals in a public forum like Yelp and here at the BBB could be considered libelous.  We have built our reputation on selling quality plants and merchandise and providing professional customer service.  We have not stayed in business for over 94 years operating in the manner she claims that we do.  I would be happy to answer any further questions you may have.

      *** Andersen is showing everyone the real him. He makes up things saying I was crazy, when I was nothing but professional in dealing with his staff. Tons of bad reviews about his plants and business. I will continue to spread the truth to friends and social media. All the trees and plants my friends and family bought from this nursery have died. Everyone I talk to tells me how awful they are and I should have just believed it. I have bought tons of stuff from there, even through my son. *** clearly does not know how much I have spent there. Everything has died from there, I just tried to get some refund or store credit or even just exchange the plants. All were denied. They do not even follow their 90 day return policy. They deny everyone who tries to return anything. This is what fraud looks like - dont believe me read the reviews. But, the store manager said she was willing to help my other family and friends. Ha, really?!?! We have been to the store 3-4 times to ask about how to care for all the plants and did everything they suggested, but when you sell dying plants there is no hope. *** is showing who he is and he also told me I am sure you will be more satisfied with shopping at ********** and Lowes in the future.  As  far I am concerned this matter has been resolved. He is just a bad and dishonest business person.

      There is nothing new in her response, other than continued personal attacks against me.  We are not inclined to give into her demands because she doesnt like our policies.  You can tell by her responses that she is actually less than professional in her handling of this matter.  The details I originally submitted still stand and uphold our position.  A quick check of online reviews will show that our reputation is well founded regardless of her assertions.

      I refuse to be attacked and falsely accused by *** Andersen. His behavior is abusive. Appropriate action has been taken with my credit card company. I do not accept Kens abuse and I wish this review to stay on their records.
