      I was told replacement pads for my lounger weren't available any longer and needed a set that was $2000.00 each, needed 2 sets $4,000.00. they tried to get me to buy. I called the factory and my replacement set was in stock at $1200.00 each delivered not $2,000.00 each. Thats $1,600.00 less for 2 sets. Shady buisness practices.

      Buyer be **** this company is a scam. By far the worst experience. Ordered a PR535 Maxicomfort lift chair on May 25 the confirmation email specifically stated I would receive a link to track my order once the package ships. I never received a tracking number. Several phone calls later I was told the chair shipped June 17th and that I would receive the chair in ***** days. Fast forward two weeks still no chair. I called back, received an email on July 25th that the chair was received and that the white glove delivery service would be contacting us for delivery and set up. Now on August 8 still no information or follow up, called back to find out where we were at in the delivery process and I was told that I now needed to contact the white glove devliery service. This is the companies job to make sure that when orders are placed all runs smoothly. At this time I asked the company to please discontinue my order and refund my money with interest. After I hung up they ironically sent me a tracking number for my order and not my cancellation. Poor customer service, lack of transparency, hopefully my refund happens sooner rather than later.

      Just wanted to say that I am very pleased with my new Human Touch Perfect Chair, and so far perfect is a good description. I just had had knee replacement surgery and I can't explain how well this chair helps with the pain management, with in 30 minutes of testing out the chair I actually dozed off for a few minutes. As for looks this chair with the leather pad set looks great and I would like one more to match this one. The folks at *********** were very patient and worked with me so I knew which model would be the correct fit for my body. For the size of the boxes of this shipment it's was amazing how fast we recieved our new chair and no issues with the shipping. So I would have to say that I would and will be doing business with *********** again....... **** B

      I was in the process of ordering a Stressless recliner and ottoman from this merchant. I Cancelled this order. Pricing quotes being different from two different employees sent up a red flag. Website states they are a BBB member in good standing since ****. Not true. Not a member of the BBB and their rating with the BBB is very poor because of all the complaints. I notified our credit card company to reject any charges from this company.

      DISHONEST BUSINESS! STEER CLEAR! We bought a very expensive massage chair from this store. The chair proved to be a piece of junk. Vitalityweb The Backstore has provided HORRENDOUS "customer service". When I actually get any response, it has been rude and unhelpful. Now we have to call and write over and over, and mostly they don't respond at all. Save yourself the nightmare and buy from a more legitimate operation.

      We purchased a recliner on July 6th. We were told that they had three of the black recliners and it would arrive in about ten days. We never received the recliner as promised.We called and were told by Lalo that it was shippedthen they changed the story and said it would be shipped tomorrow. We did not receive the promised recliner.We called again and were told by Lalo that now they did not have any black reclinerswould we accept a saddlebag color. We said yes. They said it would be sent.We still did not receive the recliner, so we called again. We were once again by Lalo told that it shipped and then he backtracked and said it will be shipped today. We requested a confirmation email with tracking number which he agreed to last Friday. We received absolutely no email confirmation nor recliner.We keep being told the same story that it was shipped/then backtracked that it will be shipped.We still have not received a thing. We called again today (almost a month after it was ordered) and were told by a man named ****** that he does not know why we were told what we were told. We requested that he cancel the order and he said ok. He said that he would email (with copy to me) the cancellation request to *****, the webmaster/manager. I have as of yet to receive the promised email regarding cancellation confirmation from *******/*****.We have been lied to repeatedly and it is all so very stressing and unnecessary. We just want our money back. I would not recommend ordering from this companythey are not truthful.
