I purchased a sweater on 9/19/22. It was too small. I returned item. I have not gotten my refund. There is no customer phone number. I emailed them twice. I received an automated email that says my order will be shipped! They received the item 10/24. I have the tracking number for it. The site would not allow for an exchange. I paid for this item using Amazon card & still no refund!Initial Complaint

Placed an order in July 2022. Received my order, however the size was too small. I used their website to initiate a return and followed all the instructions. I received an email from them saying that my package had been received and it would take 5 - 7 business days for my instore credit to show on my account. I have never received the credit or another email from them explaining why. I have sent them multiple emails asking about the credit and the only response I get is an automated email stating they have received my email and will respond with in 3 - 5 business days. When I log on to their website now, it says I do not have an account associated with my email address.Initial Complaint

I purchased a sweatshirt. I never received the receipt, took 2 weeks for the product to arrive. Once it arrived, again no receipt and the sweatshirt was more of a boys XL than a Mans XL. I have made several attempts to contact customer service to return the product for an exchange or refund, the only responses I have received are the automatic responses. No one from the company has reached out in anyway to solve this issue. The sweatshirt was way too expense to just give away.I only have emails to show any kind of proof.Thank youInitial Complaint

I made a purchase back in July 2 2022 For the order #****** Amount $197.78 ************ has not shown them selfs at all in good faith.Yet have continued to send repetitive messages. I've requested on going for a refund, have been told instead their apologies for the passing of Technoblade an are still hoping to express our patience an will be shipping soon.I would appreciate if they just refund me, I do not believe it's 3 an half months now, an still receiving the same messages. I purchased a $50 sweatshirt from this provider, they were highly communicative, I then cancelled the order when it would take 4 weeks to recieve, they then charged 10% for restocking fee. Then they never refunded my money: 10/14/21- Placed order 10/14/21 - Requested cancel 10/14/21 - Technoblade confirmed cancel 10/15/21 - I advised to cancel the order 10/18/21 - Stated 5-7 days for refund 1/9/22 - Did not find the refund and inquired (no response)1/13/22 - Followed up on refund (no response)2/5/22 - Followed up on refund (no response)Initial Complaint

I made a purchase for $29.55 [ORDER #*****************] (NOVEMBER 6, 2021), specifically the Technoblade T-Shirts - Technoblade Never Dies Classic T-Shirt. However, there was something very wonky with the website. I specifically selected an Adult Small size, and when I received my confirmation email, it said that I ordered an XL. That was definitely not what I chose, so I emailed immediately to let them know the problem. All I wanted was for someone to make the adjustment, especially since that was an error on their end. I emailed 5 minutes after the confirmation email came through. The email was delivered by Technobladeon Nov 6, 2021, 7:21 AM, and I replied back at 7:26 AM that same day. I didn't receive a reply until Monday, and they told me that they couldn't do anything anymore. I told them that I emailed for help with 5 minutes of the confirmation, and it was too late? That doesn't sound right. I then asked for a refund since I have no need for an XL t-shirt. And from there, they never emailed me back. I was ghosted.
