Placed an order for a T-shirt and a set of pens on May 3rd. I still have not received this order as of June 16th. I had to contact the manager and they told me that for this issue they will refund me and send me the items again. These items are a birthday gift they need to arrive by a certain date. I was told that the pins were delayed but they would still be coming by a certain date. Then suddenly they told me the order was shipping. I asked them can you confirm that the entire order was coming, 2 items. They confirmed. The item is stuck in transit as of June 6th that has not moved and they will not do anything to help look into it. I tried contacting *** I tried contacting the post office they both tell me it has to be the company to help me. I've let them know three times in a row and they just keep sending the same response that I have to wait for it to come but it's lost they need to look into it they need to find the package or send it again. You're refusing to help me and do what they promise to do. I just want the items that I ordered it should not be this difficult to order through a website you shouldn't have to wait months for your items! order# ***** When you go on the *** website whatever date and time you go on there to check the shipping it gives you that as the most recent update but it just says it's in route it doesn't say any update in fact every time I go on there the date and time changes to the exact time I'm going on to the website. I've spoke to *** about this and they confirmed that the previous date of June 6th is the last update and it is still in transit but they cannot find it.It will not help me they told me I have to contact the company to be helped.
