rvautoparts.com sells on *******.com and rv sold me a *enda 62016SRZZX Bedliner Dodge Ram 6'4" Ur 09+ TWICE they have 148 in stock of them. they cancelled both ******* orders on me for out of stock and told me i would have only receive the large bed liner that goes into the truck not the tailgate cover that would come with the full kit. walaamart.com orders Order# *******-30291341 and Order# *******-63388513 I talked to them and told them the large full bed liner alone is fine for ****** and that I would buy the tailgate liner separately. but they never responded from rv today earlier Hi *******,Thank you for reaching out to ***Yes, we do have the * Liners (SKU: *5362016SRZZX*ENDALINER 62016SRZZX TRUCK BED LINER) in stock. I purchased a brand new tankless hot water heater from the business. I installed it and it was not functioning. I had an electrician look at it and he stated it was a faulty board.I sent communication to RV and Auto Parts where I purchased it. I asked what to do to return the unit and get a refund as the unit is faulty. I was also on a deadline and trip to get hot water in my RV so I ended up having to purchase an additional water heater as RV & Auto Parts refused to stand behind their product that they were more than happy to take my money for. Upon sending communication to the company on March 4th that the unit was faulty and I was seeking a refund/return, they informed me on March 5th that I needed to take it to a local "dealer" to get it fixed/looked at. This business states they won't take it back. When I followed their process, the dealer wanted to charge me $75 to diagnose the faulty hot water heater. I did not pay that as I had already paid the full price for a working hot water heater.I am seeking a full refund of $322.16 as they will not take the unit back and I will not pay an additional fee to get the unit that is faulty working. This is very convenient for RV & Auto Parts to not have to stand by their products.I'll be submitting reviews of the business warning fellow RVers that this company sells things, sends them, and does not stand behind their product.
