I ordered, was charged and had my receipt for a cargo carrier for $300, they then sent me an invoice asking for another $150.Review from Yvonne P

Bait and switch company. Ordered and paid for a new entry door. They accepted my payment then came back with another invoice demanding an additional $158. Then sent an email offering a 10% discount on the new price and the sent another invoice demanding $148 in order to send the item. Quote from email.."we would like to offer you a 10% discount off the corrected price as a token of our appreciation for your understanding and to apologize for the inconvenience. " must be new math. Last I knew 10% of $833 is $83. This company has no integrity nor does it accept responsibility for incorrect pricing! Pick another company. Wish I could give zero stars.RV & Auto Parts Response

despite the reviews, they seemed like a legit business so I gave it a shot for a discontinued helmet that I couldn't find anywhere else, there price was also unbeatable. Emailed them after the order was placed to see if it was a stocked item, Prompt and professional response. ****** arrived a few days later, no reason to think it was an open box item or anything like that. Wish I had read they reviews before ordering! The item I purchased did not fit my rv. I was told I would have to pay for return shipping and there would be a 15% restock fee. I returned the item within a week of delivery un-damaged and was refunded less than half. When I contacted customer service they stated that they also take out accrued fees but had no explanation of what those were. Shady business practices!!Review from John B

Found a battery box IN STOCK per the RV & Auto Parts web site. Placed the order. Was contacted that this item WAS NOT in their stock. Was contacted that this item was back ordered X 2. Was contacted this item was being cancelled due to their inability to 'acquire' the product. Honoring the order/commitment was not important to them. There is a pattern of this behavior seen in the reviews. Expect the worst and hope for the best.Review from Beverly B

RV & Auto Parts has the Best customer service! They answered every phone call and email I sent them throughout the past several months about estimated delivery times for my order of Tuff jug fuel containers since Oct.2021 due to supply chain problems. As of now, this company was straight up, sending me copy of their eta data, which was unpredictable, and suggesting I just cancel my order and get a full refund, because they were not sure if this product would ever be back in stock. ******* was the BEST customer support representative I've have had the "pleasure" to correspond with in my Many Years! I felt I was a valued customer and they gained my consumer confidence with any future orders.I highly recommend using this company and will shop with them again just because of the great business practice! I ordered a dodge toy for my son. They sent me a different one and told me they didnt have the dodge in stock so I asked to return the one I had because he didnt want the **** and it clearly wasnt what I ordered. I contacted them through email. I sent a picture of the wrong item like they asked and I also sent she confirmation email on what I ordered. They informed me that they had to have the return department issue me a return label. Its now been 3 WEEKS and they havent even replied back to me the last few times I have checked to see if there is a return label still coming. This was a Santa gift so it really screwed things up! I ended up ordering from another company to hopefully have it by Christmas while I wait to return this one. No response from them or anything. Their customer service needs a lot of attention and some major improving. Please read the reviews because I messed up not reading them.Review from Keith

I should have looked at their reviews before I ordered from them. Misleading photos and descriptions on website. Enough so that I ordered the incorrect part. They took over 2 1/2 weeks to respond to my 2 emails and 2 phone messages. Then, for the cherry on top, they said I would have to pay shipping to return the $14 part and would also have to pay a $9.46 restocking fee. My only wish for them is to go out of business soon so nobody else falls for their BS.
