ORDER ***** in the amount of $143.20 for "02WSBL0100SISS3" on 3/19/22 at Selle Anatomica (SA). This was for a bike seat with a guarantee "30-Day Comfort + Fit Guarantee-At Selle Anatomica we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your saddle to us within 30 days of the date you received it, for a refund."I received the bike seat 3/24/22 ***** **********************). I then tested the seat, only to find a product flaw which made the seat uncomfortable and it 'squeaked' and sounded like it was bending/breaking. (Note: I weigh 160~lbs and the seat is rated to 190lbs just to be clear)I emailed SA 4/21/22 within my 30 day period requesting a refund -- not asking for advice on why it was making the sound (they acknowledged the problem and tried to tell me to just grease it , "The series 2 saddle do tend to make some noise due to the moving modular components rubbing together.) This is unacceptable for something you ride every day and grease will be gone quickly in rainy ******* where I live.Anyways, at the bottom of their email they said I could go to their website to fill out a form, which I did two weeks later because I missed it and ended up sick. I filled out the form 5/18, and didn't hear back for two weeks so I went ahead and asked what else I needed to do and when to expect my return label on June 3rd. Then over the past week I kept getting the run around, and they were confused by the dates, and today June 10th, they said they wouldn't accept my return because I didn't do this form within 30 days. Their return policy does not state that a form needs to be filled out (which by the way the email I sent to them included ALL of the information requested in the 'form'), and simply says, "If you have any questions about making a return or our return policy contact us at ********************************** or call us at ************." Which I complied with and fulfilled. I am appalled.I emailed SA
