Originally ordered the 12V mount in Oct 23, website said 3-4 weeks delivery. It was a few weeks late. Spoke to the owner *******, who was extremely condescending on the phone. Assured me all was well and they are top notch with customer service. Received my mount and it worked for less than a week. When I told him I observed water in the connection, he immediately accused me of wrongdoing. I had to pay to send it back and to have to sent back to me. He said the step up inside the unit was bad. Blamed my van and the connection and said I needed to wire it directly to the battery not the 12V system and plug I have. I didnt want to argue but agreed and asked for a 12 battery connection power cord as well as a new cable since this is what he recommended. He told me not to call or email, texting was the only way to communicate with him. Many texts sent with no response and no support. When have reached him on the phone he attempts to explain he was out of town. He confuses my case with others having problems and says he will get it right but does nothing. And that is when he actually responds, after I tell him I will be sharing my experience with others with the same product. Extremely poor customer service and zero guarantee or warranty on product.Initial Complaint

Date of the transaction was July 3rd 2023.I paid the business $789.00.The Star-Mount Systems agreed to provide me the following:Star-mount flat mount pro with RJ45 $409.00 Quick Release slide mount for rectangle dishy for flat mount $279.00 Bracket mount for Starlink modem $54.99 Shipping $45.60 The nature of the dispute is the items have not been delivered and it has been 6 weeks since the initial order date. I have contacted the supplier multiple times. The most recent phone call the supplier made it seem like I was at fault. The tracking number 1Z13FA110392768647 has said for over 2 weeks "LABEL CREATED". The supplier also accused me of requesting a new shipment of the same order inorder to receive 2 orders of the same kind to later sell the original order on *********** Star-mount Systems order #****
