On Oct. 1st we booked a birthday party for my son. When I first called Get Air I booked a 15 person party, from 3-5. They told my I could change the timing or upgrade my party at any time. I called 3 days later to book a 30 person 3 hour party instead. They booked my from 2-5pm. I called at another time because I did not receive a confirmation and called about 2 weeks prior to my party confirming the pizza and drinks. When I called they told me that they did not have my reservation. They said they had my party at 3-5 for a 30 person party. I then stated again no I booked a 3 hour 30 person party. They agent then told my the only place they had left was a private room which had to be extra. I argued with them for a little while stating that is not what I spoke to the other agent about. They finally gave me the room assured me I was booked for a 3 hour party from 2-5 pm. I called a day before to again confirm with them. Another agent again told me I did not have a party booked with them and they were completely full. Then got another agent on they said they had my party but was booked from 3-5. I had at that point a day before the party had invited and 45 people confirmed to attend the party. They were again apologetic and finally booked the right party. I get to the party prior to 2 pm and check in at the front. When I check in at 1;45 pm they again told me I had no party booked. This was the worst experience I have every had booking a child birthday party. Having had the experience with my other 2 children. This location the manager and people that answer the phone are disorganized, rude and unapologetic. I want a refund for the amount of distress this party caused me and my guests.Business response
