    My pet **** ***** has been going to this clinic for years since she was born for all her vaccines and etc. recently a few weeks ago we went in due to her right eye having blood on the lower part. She’s 14 years old now. We took her to check on her to see if they can help her flush her eye or give her medications to reduce the bleeding in her eye. They took us in and we got to see Dr. ******* ******. We let him know that her left eye is cloudy, and she’s blind on that eye. But remember, she was able to still see and move around the house and know her surroundings. So when he seen the other eye with the bleeding, he recommended pain medication of gabapentin and an eye ointment dex-NP. He told me the gabapentin is like a steroid medication that will help her with her retina of her eye to stop the bleeding. He did mention to do diagnostics for her overall heath but it was $400. I told him let me hold off on that and I’ll take the medications for now and another time do the diagnostics. So we paid for the check in fee plus the medications. After 3 days taking the medications, it made her SHAKEY of course due to the gabapentin medication since they said it’s a type of steroid but we noticed that she started bumping into things. My pet doesn’t know where she’s going anymore, gets stuck between corners. Doesn’t know where her room is or her bed. That’s when my whole family noticed she became blind completely. Her right eye was perfectly fine before she took the medications. Now after those three days of taking it, she can’t see ANYTHING. I called clinic Monday & they told me that dr ******* will reach out to me at the end of the day. Never heard back. Next day Tuesday I called again and they said that he was reviewing cases and he will get to me for sure at the end of the day and said sorry. Waited, and nothing again. Now it’s Wednesday & I decided to go in person. & he wasn’t in. He’s been avoiding my case & now nothing can help my dog. HE MADE HER BLIND! Completely!
