    on 09/06/22 I paid $150.00 from my bank card and $260.00 in cash. I paid for my lenses to be shaved down due to thickness and to have them tinted. I also paid for the frames and my EyeMed paid for the exam and $150.00 towards my glasses. I was to be provided glasses that were shaved down and transitional lenses. When I went to pick up my glasses, they did not fit my head, so I sent them back. second attempt they still did not fit, nor did they look shaved down. I was treated quite rudely and unprofessionally. I was given a receipt from 2/2/21 for another discrepancy of a prior transaction that did not match my original receipt. The third time I went to get my glasses the office manager was present and was unwilling to address not only the issues I was having with my glasses but the prior receipts that did not match. When I and my mother attempted to address this issue with her, she became very uncooperative and disrespectful. I was told by office manager the reason the receipts didn't match was because they added a charge after I had left the establishment. The office manager would not discuss this further and became very indignant. I then told her I could not see out of the glasses. She stated give them a week. at which point she walked away and slammed the door, cursing loudly with her coworker about me and my mother in front of another customer. At this point My mother and I walked to the front desk asked to speak to the owner. My number was taken then owner and office manager both present proceed to walk away refusing to help me. No one has called or attempted to assist me in any manner. Nothing has been resolved, I still can't see out of my glasses and just want a refund. Account/********************/ patient ********/ slip number ******. I see no other numbers on receipt to add.
