On 11/16/21 I placed an order with Drinjk EEZY. The order totaled $35.98. FedX tried to deliver the package while I was out of town. After 3 attempts, the package was returned, unopened and untouched by me, to the company. Since I did not receive the package, and I have proof of delivery back to the company, I requested a refund. The company refuses to provide a refund or even a credit for future use! So now I have paid them for a promised product that I didnt receive and they are keeping my money. This doesnt seem like a fair business practice. I would like to receive a full refund. At this time, I have no further desire to do business with this company.Business response

*****, sorry, we did not steal money from you and no, we will not be issuing a credit either, especially when you are accusing us of such a thing.
We are a very transparent company and we take pride in the service that we provide.
But we have to be fair as well.
And your actions are not fair.
We are humans and we appreciate our customers, but we do have a heart as well.
You purchased a product, we provided the product and the service.
We sent you a tracking number, like any other company to let you know your product was on the way and ***** tried to deliver 3 times.
Why is it our fault that you were out of the country when we specifically mentioned on our website that we were going to ship the product within ***** hrs?
You placed the order on Nov 16th, we shipped it on Nov 17th, as promised.
We are not responsible for you not being there at the time of multiple delivery attempts, when the law specifies that someone 21+yo
Has to be present at the time of delivery, since it is alcohol that is being delivered.

I am rejecting this response because: I paid for a product I did not receive. Either provide the product or refund my money. The business cant both keep my money and the product!Business response

You can get the product shipped but pay for the shipping cost which will be $20 and will be shipped until the 2nd week of January since our staff is spending time with their families.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I will not pay this company any more money after the way I have been treated! Also, this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter that lives in ****** and is only home for a short time. Receiving this product in ******* is not a resolution. Im baffled as to why a refund cant be made on this purchase. That solves everything and the problem goes away.
