I recently purchased a 2018 *** M550i xDrive from Sacramento Luxury Motors and began to experience issues with it from the time I drove it off the lot until now. I made my down payment on the car which costs $34,000 total on July 9th and picked the car up in Sacramento July 13th, 2024. The business committed to providing me a car in good condition, promised good Carfax and that there was nothing wrong with the car. They also provide a 3 month full drivetrain warranty for every car they sell and do not want to honor it. As soon as I drove off the lot, I noticed a clicking noise when turning from my suspension. I told the dealer, and they said not to worry about it and that the car is in good condition. I began to drive back to *********. About a quarter of the way there I get a warning that the front brakes need a replacement. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, and my car gets a drivetrain malfunction on the screen while driving at moderate speed (35mph.) I took the car home, tried to start it again & it wouldnt start, would bog down and stop. Next morning it wouldnt crank. I contacted the dealer every time there was an issue, and was told the car is sold as is and that there is no warranty, although that is what is advertised all over their website. I contacted another number for the dealership because the salesman I was working with blocked my number, was being helped to find a solution and being instructed wait to be contacted by the service department, did not happen, and then was told to bring it to a shop of my choice which I did and then was told by the same salesman who then unblocked my number and said good luck with the robot. I have documentation of all of the conversations that *** had over text and email with the dealership, and I have a diagnosis from a licensed *** mechanic on what the issues with the car are. I would like to get this situation handled as soon as possible. I was also promised refund for delivery fee and havent received it.

They sold a car to me without my permission. My nephew went in there and asked me to cosign for him and I go to find out. He didnt qualify so they went ahead and sold the card to me and gave it to him without my permission or my signature I called him to complain about this and told him that it wasnt right. They didnt have my permission to do so, and the owner of the business cursed me out And told me to *** him that it was already done and he couldnt change it so I called the bank. They told me the same thing so I filed a fraudulent case of identity theft because they sold a card to me without my permission I did was call me and asked me for a picture of my ID and my Social Security number. I assumed that was to run my credit to see if my nephew would qualify for a vehicle as a cosigner only , go to find out they sold the car of my nephew without my permission under my name without any signatures without anything on my end I found out because I received a letter in the mail with the payment information for the vehicle to the bank credit one or Golden one credit union so Id like this resolved as soon as possible Golden one credit union is repossessing the car Im voluntarily surrendering the car to credit Golden one credit union credit union is telling me this is going to affect my credit that they did is fraudulent. They never had my permission to sell the car to me they were supposed to sell it to my nephew me as a cosigner, but I didnt even sign anything for cosigner at all. I do not want this car under my name. I do not need this car under my name its a responsibility I do not want , I think I have a right to return this vehicle that was sold to me without my permission

In the morning, I got the car towed back to the dealer and now the dealer does not want to refund the deposit or help us fix the car. They have told us that theyre keeping our money and theyre keeping the car but we returned the car within 20 hours California law is we have three days

we purchased a vehicle on 2/14/2024. the dealer did not disclose that the vehicle had a previous accident. after we got home the following week the bumper on the vehicle started to fall off . then we noticed the hood on the vehicle had some defects . we took the car in to a local body shop/ mechanic and they told us the car had an accident and repairs were needed. we called the dealership and they told us they were willing to pay for half . we have spent $1500 so far and need to still spend an additional $1200 in order for the vehicle to be in good condition . the vehicle is not old its in fact brand new almost . its a 2021 with only 14k miles. the dealer purchased at an auction and did not disclose to us that there was prior damage. instead they had us sign a waiver to take the car as is but never verbally explained or documented the prior damages. they have not returned our calls back and now we have to pay for the damages on the car . please help
