As a small, woman-owned and operated business in the athletic wear space, we selected Pacful as our fulfillment house as we attempted to scale in a difficult business climate. We had just received two new name brand anchor clients and Pacful sold us when they told us about the large brands they had worked with and boasted about high service levels and attention to detail.We are greatly disappointed in the outcome and the disarray they created and the rippling effects we continue to experience. We know that it is not just our company as we have spoken with another small business who had a similar experience and have found multiple company complaints online with similar is***s.The entire period that they worked for us was one is*** after another and was reflected in the services that were provided to our clients. Countless packages of our inventory were not sent by them or lost in their facility, inventory counts were not properly registered in their software systems that never seemed to work, inventory was damaged in the tagging process, itemized invoices were never provided when requested by us so that we could pay them in a timely manner and finally, when shipping our product back to us at the end of our contract, all the garments were thrown into broken boxes, not sealed and left all over the floor of the shipping truck. As $10,000 worth of inventory is still missing, we have continued to try to meet with them regarding these items and the owner threatened to *** me if I contacted them regarding missing units. We have continued to ask for a meeting with their team to review records with little to no response.We are a young business and this loss is not small. Their lack of care and attention to detail could have greatly affected our reputation with our clients. We dont want other brands to have the same problems that we have had and are contacting the Better Business Bureau to make you aware of these practices and seek your assistance.
