I visited this store several times in the last year, with my family. On many an occasion, my wife experienced sexual harassment in the store by patrons. Several patrons of the store were openly discussing underage sexual relations, pornography/hentai, etc., and refused to stop even when it was brought to the attention of staff. This was brought to the attention of the store owner and was ignored. We also had brought to the attention of the store owner, fraudulent practices in regards to prizing and raffles, and lack of COVID protocol. Later, when both my and I wrote reviews for the business on YELP, we experienced retaliation from the employees of the store. I had also at this time processed a complaint to PayPal regarding a business dispute with the business directly. After these reviews were posted, my wife and I were approached with our family present at other games stores in the area, multiple times in which we were accosted and harassed. We were told my individuals who identified themselves as **** store employees that we were to delete the reviews on YELP and cancel the PayPal dispute or face consequences including but not limited to doxing, blackballing from other stores, and continued harassment. During one of these encounters, one of the employees began publicly harassing my wife and I and involving other patrons of the store so as to incite a riot. On this occasion, we told the business owner (this was at a different game store) and ensured our safety. We were told by **** employees that if were to continue to seek a refund through PayPal or keep our reviews public, that the harassment would not stop. I simply want a refund from the establishment and to be allowed to enjoy my peace as a gamer.
