Date of last season payment: March 4, 2024 Date of deposit: April 17, 2024 $700 The business committed to provide me with 8-week season including play-offs.The nature of the dispute originates when the last season I played in their facility I was only provided with a 7 week season not 8 weeks. Now the new season already started and I placed a $50 deposit in order to reserve a spot for the new season, for unforeseen circumstances I was not able to join the new season and the employee responsable for the league is not willing to refund for last seasons lack of commitment to fulfill their agreements and deposit that was made for the new season where no services were used.The business has not tried to resolve since it has been two weeks since I last contacted them and now recently contacted them again and I was given a very abrupt and bague response (Unfortunately deposits are non refundable).The website does not state or discloses any information regarding their refund policy, however it does provide information about their 8-week season including play-offs.
