EVERY BAD REVIEW IS CORRECT. Both "salespeople", the finance and the smooth talker play good cop/bad cop passing the phone back and forth proclaiming that one of the others is away on vacation". WHen I were nowhere around and they realised my partner was the sweeter aka "more vulnerable"-seeming one, they offered her(my fianc) a "job" and a "Place to stay". They are not ONLY SCAMMERS selling BROKEN cars but they are SEXUAL PREDATORS!!!When I got involved and threatened my lawyers did too, I was told to "SUCK HIS DICK". DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE HUMANS AND I WILL BE SUING THESE B******* AND TAKING THEM for EVERYTHING they've got. ANYONE with info, I propose a CLASS ACTION suit to SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

I bought a car here last year 3 days later the car over heated I understand when you buy a used cars there might be problems but seriously 3 days later? This? Anyways I tried working with them but they ignored me & blocked me from calling them. This *************** most likely got paid to put up a nice review & by the way i was sold a sh**y warranty for 2500$ on top of what I paid for the **** car that I didnt even know I was sold & it was worthless WORTHLESS every person that has bought a car here has had to go thru the same problems I have Ive been in a lawsuit with them for the last year going on to two years & am ready to take them to court this upcoming year. most disgraceful people there is to man kind my lawyer told me theres ton of people that are also suing them I hope all the people that got screwed over by these people get there money back & this place gets shut down if you support this place your as much as the problem as they are.

I honestly dont know why theres so many bad reviews for this place. I went in to high class auto knowing exactly what cars I wanted to look at. The salesman I dealt with was very friendly and accommodating, very low pressure to make a sale. I felt as if he was on my time, not the other way around. When I explained to him what my budget was and what car I wanted, he explained that my first choice in vehicles(a *** M5) would probably not be in my best interest to purchase, but then proceeded to explain that my second choice(a *** 550i) would be better suited for my budget. I knew this already, but I wanted to see what type of people I was about to conduct business with, and after he told me that I knew I was in good hands. When I sat down with the deal maker, we came to a deal pretty quickly and without arguments. When my bank refused to accept the sale price of the vehicle, the owner was more than accommodating to meet the sale price of my bank after I proposed a deal to him. I drove off with a smile on my face and a beautiful car. As for those who are experiencing car issues after driving it off the lot, I feel your pain. I paid to have the cooling system repaired, but I will tell you that it is all apart of purchasing a used vehicle. You cant expect to get a completely issue free car at an as is car dealership. Especially high end vehicles. Some owners dont take care of their vehicles, and trade them in the first sign of issues. Thats the risk you are taking for any used car. If you dont buy an extended warranty on a used car, then you have already set yourself up for failure. At least the owner attempts to fix the vehicle you purchase, instead of brushing you off. I was offered the same treatment had I ran into any issues with the car. All in all, I would recommend this place for nice higher end vehicles that you dont mind taking the time to fix up or spend a little more than the average vehicle to fix. Thanks high class auto!

This dealership sold both my daughters vehicles. Both lemons. Fist day my daughter drove it. We had to send it straight back with a check engine light on which was on before we left the lot but they turned it off telling us it was an O2 censors which was a scam to get us to drive off the lot because we wanted to cancel it. It ended up with them for 2 weeks while they claim to have changed out the busted motor (which is a lie) now it needs a new ******** transmission. I called ***** he said sorry nothing we can do. We have tried to return this garbage car. But my *********************** it. We are contacting an attorney now. One was too unsafe to drive , ***** the owner tried to make her keep it we had to go up there and fight with them numerous times. They told me because they supposedly changed the motor in my other daughters car that they would fix my other daughters car. I said its two loans. These men are scammers. They need to be closed down. And he needs to go back and work on **** he knows nothing about selling decent cars.

When you look up top roles that attract psychopaths salesman is at the top for a reason. These guys sold me a car with really bad tires that were very worn down to the point one popped on the way home after getting the car and absolutely could have killed me but the psychopaths these guys are didn't care and just wanted the sale. I did not know until I got home and noticed a tire was shredded. They didn't have the courtesy to change them out when they first got the car. I wanted to return the car but ******* lied to my face saying they couldn't make the return when I legally could have because of the tires (lemon laws). He said if the car was driven 150 miles it couldn't be returned which was a huge lie the contract said nothing about it. These guys even ****ed the check **** on the contract declining the cool off period (very illegal). Then ******* told me he'll cash app me money for the new tires. When I called him to tell him the amount of money I needed for the tires he said he'll send some tires out because his tires were "only $600". Huge lie because the tires on this car aren't not at all that cheap. When I called to ask about the status of the tires **** answered and passed the phone to him and he immediately hung up and refused to answer anymore of my calls. P$ychopath. Be careful with these guys because they lack empathy and have no problem selling you car that could potentially kill or severely injure you. Word is that they are buying these 5 star reviews which is a very valid point considering they took down my review once already. Oh and especially watch out for ******* because that man is a smooth talking psychopath and apparently ***** went to court because he tried having a sexual relationship with a woman he scammed with a car. And to make matter even worse the car had a check engine light only 2 days later and that it required A0 service so car had major problems beforehand but they cleared it out to make it sellable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

This place is the worst. They pressure you to buy a car. Worst service ever. Dont ever come here to buy a car.

Rude, poor customer service, run!!!!I bought a 2006 Porsche and had problems minutes after. A month later, I am just waiting for the title to get rid of it; it has giving me nothing but headaches. Begging with the dealership ignoring my attempts to communicate to the car that has been in the shop more time that I have driven it.

From the owner to the salesman, these are manipulative people that you can not trust. They sold me a lemon/vehicle that had a shine on the outside but the engine was bad. Had problems the minute the car was purchased from their lot. I forewarn you all, they are conniving.

I purchase used *** X3 from this dealer. Dealer told me that if I purchase this vehicle and finance through ************ he will fix anything that needs to be fixed. I said, I want to pay cash because I dont want to pay interest on the loan. But the owner- *****, said he would really prefer me to finance through ************ as it would help his business in terms of financing loan for customers and improving his car sale. I said, if it really helps your business why not. You help me and I help you. But after I signed all the documents and purchased the vehicle, he kept the vehicle almost one week at the shop but really didnt fix the problems and didnt even fill the gas tank, he gave me almost empty tank. As soon as drove the car away from the dealer, I had to fill up the gas tank. Also, he told me he would pay the whatever interest occurred until I paid off the loan, he will cover it. He didnt cover it or pay AND he also told me that two oil changes are free. I dont know if he will keep that promise either. He told me that once I paid off the loan to ************ *********** will release lien/Title of the vehicle to me. So, after paying off the loan, I called *********** asking for Title to be transferred to me. *********** said, the lien was never released to the ************ so, I need to contact the dealer. I called the dealer and told him what *********** told me. High Class Sale dealer ***** told me that he does not have the lien/title of the vehicle. Auto Auction has not released the title to him. So, what I was supposed to do. I bought the vehicle from High Class Auto Sale; am I not supposed to get the pink slip/ Title transferred to me?So, I highly recommend people to be careful buying vehicles from this dealer. What they say, really doesnt happen. They will make you sign all the documents, then after that one has to keep arguing with them to have things fixed or done properly. I dont know how come they are able to stay in business for so far.
