      I purchased a *** and they failed to tell me that it had been recalled and for that reason, I couldn't even drive it for a while, because it was at risk of catching fire. The manufacturer did not have a solution until recently, this month. Also , because ***s are easily stolen, insurance companies charge a VERY high price to insure these cars (some do not want to insure them). He offered to put a security device for free, but when I made the appointment, he said he was going to charge me for that, I also learned that the air conditioning wasn't working and it would be over $1,000 to get it fixed. I asked the owner to exchange this *** for a car that doesn't have those issues, but he asked me for a $2,000 down. I spoke with his daughter because he asked me to speak with her, but it just made the problem worse, because she is a very difficult person who doesn't provide any satisfactory customer service. Now he is asking me to pay over $2,000 for late fees and past due payments or return the car.

      Date of transaction October 9,2023 $500 for a hold on a vehicle Business' committed to provide what they are advertising online No damage to vehicle in pictures shown online. The carfax report shows accident reported. I asked ****** assured me very minor when I asked. following day I had mixed emotions' cause he said to bring him $5000 cash to lower the price on vehicle to $38,000 he would need $36,429.38 and $5000 cash with the $500 deposit that I had already zelled. So i later asked for pictures of the dents and these disclosed a dent above window at the hood and front bumper. i did not feel ok with the one at window due to water leaking in. He said he would repair and sell me the van for $38,700. After all the dishonesty i no longer felt comfortable to purchase. And expressed it to him. He pressed on selling this vehicle to me Via text. I denied and Claimed he lost two customers during process. i told him if this was the case he would sell the vehicle easily. it was only two days. I have not received response back he is in ********** and i can not drive to dealer to solve issue. I Zelled through ***** fargo with confirmation # PP0RMH9VGG his advertisement is on Car Gurus and other websites.I would not mind if i lost the money if i forfeited on deal. I am not willing to pay $40k+ on smoothing that needs repair or has potential problems once i'm stuck with vehicle.

      By customer request we sent pictures all minor dents and scratches on vehicle. On top of the roof was small dent and hood have a three inches scratch. We fixed the problem in couple days and made a test to be sure that top roof don't have water leak. We collected $500 hold deposit and spend them to fix the issue to satisfy the customer.

      I am rejecting this response because: I could no longer trust this agency. I told him I no longer wanted the Vehicle due to the inaccuracy of the advertisement. If he is not being honest on what is visible how am I supposed to trust what I can't see. I live in ************ I cannot take a chance if there were something wrong with van it would be a nightmare investment. 

      I was going to purchase if I wasn't I would never put a down payment. Very aggressive with the sale after I told him reasons for not purchasing. I would like my $500 refunded. This is not ok. I work hard for my money to have someone come and try to rip me off.

      Customer was not satisfied with the dents that were on the vehicle. We put the deposit towards getting the dents fixed.
      The customer was aware that the deposit was non-refundable. 
      Putting the deposit towards the dents was done for the satisfaction of the customer.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not request for dents to be fixed. this should have been done prior. of course, he would use the deposit money to repair. Businesses like this should not be around. Honest working people spend a lot of time working for $500. I am requesting my deposit because dents and damage to vehicle where not disclosed on advertisement.

      I bought a 2009 ******* from welco motors January 28th 2021 at ******* miles it was listed for **** I put down **** I didn't show proof of income nor did I go through a bank to get approved. I have paid him a total of ******** he is still trying to say I owe ***** he have took my car twice and threw all my belongings out clothes shoes my jewelry box my mother ****** my daughter school laptop along with important papers and did not replace it he cleaned my car and had it out there for a resale I have not been reimbursed he is adding on fees and stuff that I don't know about. I have paid him almost double for this car I shouldn't owe him a dime more there is all kinds of adjustments that I know nothing about this man is getting over on people I referred at least ************************************************************************************ simply got over. All my paper work for the car was in my car once he took it all my stuff was empty out the car so I don't have any of my original paper work. I was under the impression that I would be making payments on **** was not aware that this car was going to be double mainly since I didn't go through a bank to get a loan my credit was never ran what so ever.

      I financed a vehicle from Welco Motors on Feb. 22, 2022 4 days later the check engine light came on I changed the fluids and tuned up the car but it just problems after problems and now it needs extensive repairs which I did not cause within the little time I have had it. I tried contacting them and ****** texted me and said what do i want him to do about it. I live in Northern ********** and I am in Southern ********** stuck because of this car issue for over a week now.

      I understand your concern, but you have to understand that we didn't sold the car with existing problem, this happens during you driving.car was sold as is without warranty. Our shop always offer low repair rate like I said $300 for parts and labor. Car is used and already 15years old. All parts is out of factory warranty. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know your proposal. We can accept lower payment plan for first three months for you recover mechanical needs.

      The seller is giving false information he never offered me any warranty I have two witnesses that were there with me and it should have been stated that I denied a warranty I don't see no paperwork even offering me I wanted to I've only had the car 2 months and the repair shops that I took you to said that this is an ongoing problem the problem did not occur within the time that I drove it this dealership has had many complaints about cars that they're selling that have existing problems.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have no paperwork saying that I signed any decline warranty paperwork. This is a used vehicle with a lot of miles on it why would I not get a warranty on it. He is scamming people out of their hard-earned money by selling them broken vehicles, he's had four complaints within the year about the same thing. The repairs needed for the car is for the engine. It's going to cost over $2,000 to repair it there's no way I have a car for less than 2 months that needs repairs like that.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      It's not the water pump that is out it is the cylinder valves that need to be replaced and that is in the engine block I had a test done on the car and it was a combustion leak test and it failed and the repair shop told me that it needs engine work and it's causing everything else to go bad and for emission codes to come up.

      I purchased a ****** Altima 2010 in July 2021 & I purchased the extended warranty it totaled 11k and I paid it completely off & I drove it for five months & barely put any miles on the car there were no accidents or tickets either. I started having electrical problems right away after purchasing. The tire gauge & the computer of the car shut down and I took it back to Welco Motors and he said that the electrical wasnt covered under the warranty that I purchased so I had to spend 1k more to have the brain of the car fixed. The car was still acting up so I decided to trade it in for another car but When I traded the car back in to get another one he told me the $3000 warranty on the Altima was not transferable to the other car so Id have to buy another warranty. The 11k that I spent on the Altima he was only going to give me back $2,500 total out of 11k for the car. He knew I was upset and not going to spend the 3k more on another warranty and so he sold me a salvaged titled blown transmission 2008 Dodge Charger. Ive had the vehicle for 2 weeks & the transmission is already going out. I dont know what Im supposed to do and on top of it he sold me a salvage titled vehicle without telling me it was salvage. The reason Im contacting BBB is becuase Ive googled Welco Motors and his reviews are horrible and hes a *****. Hes ripping people off and on top of it I felt very uncomfortable becuase he was inappropriate with some of his words and looks towards me. I felt like he was in a way sexual harassing me and I can tell this is his whole illegal get down with people who dont have that much money down to get a car

      10/20/21 I Bought a used 4Runner SR5 from them and they hid the fact that there is a bad head gasket. All of the lights in the car came on 7 days later. I bought the car for $9.5k. When I called them a week later about the problem, they said they wouldn't help me out. I am a first time car buyer, and they set me up with 11% financing (now I know this is absurdly high). The car also died when I was there and I had to convince them to put a new battery in it before I purchased it. I also later found out that the brakes are worn, and the rotors need replacing. A head gasket repair will cost me at least $3k, and the brakes and all rotors will not be cheap either. I think this dealership completely took advantage of me by hiding a latent defect in the car that I bought by temporarily turning off the engine lights long enough for the lemon law to no longer be in effect. Ideally I would like a full refund for the car, and for them to be held accountable to sell properly functioning cars. They are after all a dealership and should be help to a higher standard. I would also accept them replacing the head gasket, brakes, and rotors, at MY preferred mechanic. These people are not to be trusted and should not be allowed to sell cars to the public, because they are just absolutely ripping people off and lying to them.

      Thank you for forwarding ******************** complaint to us.

      ******* called us about a week later after he purchased his car, saying that the head gasket needs to be replaced.
      And we told him to bring it here so our mechanic could check and verify that but he never did. Vehicle has over 260k miles on it and it was purchased as is,
      however we still wanted to help him at least providing a cheap labor rate and wholesale parts prices. Also I see he is complaining about his interest rate. 
      That is not something we have control over, but banks, and in my opinion 11% is a pretty good rate for the 1st time buyer...

      I paid a down down payment of $6,000 for a 2014 Kia ******* in July and have had to put two engines and two alternators in it and once again it's not working. When I bought the car and drove it off the lot it immediately start overheating I took it back the same day and that's when I got the first engine put in it I did not have the car for about a month after that while it was being worked on then I got it back and maybe 2 weeks later it's start doing the same thing and I took it back again once I got the car back finally it started acting funny and I found out it was the alternator I then took it to the shop myself and pay to get it fixed because my warranty had used up from the first two incidents and on top of all this the dealership still wants me to pay almost $400 a month for a car that I've barely had and that currently isn't working

      WE are responding to the complain made by Omunique ****** in regards to 2014 Kia ************************************ bought the car on 06/22/2021

      Shortly after she brought the car back, saying it was overheating. We let her know that it will be fixed, and in a meantime gave her a loaner car. 

      After we fixed her car, she brought the car back in two or three weeks. This time car had piston rod coming out of the oil pan. We  repaired that for her from our pocket.

      We let her know that if she needs any repairs done to her car, we will be able to do it for her free of charge.

      Omunique hasnt made a payment for the car in the last 3 months. She is not picking up the phone when we call. She still drives the car to this day.

      They did not fix my car out of their pocket he charged me $1200.00 to fix it and he didnt tell me they would fix anything for free after my warranty was used up fixing my car the second time i also had to pay for it because they didnt cover the whole repair and then when i needed another alternator they tried to charge me 170 but i already took it to another mechanic.i haven't paid any money on thw car because of all the money ive put into repairs and i lost my job so mu money is tight. Ive asked them to exchange rhe car ice also asked foe my money back and was told no both times

      That is NOT true he charged me $1400 to my original price of the car and told me that he would fix it for $170 I have spoken with him since then as far as my payments go telling him that my money is tight because the car does not work and I have to Uber or Lyft to and from work
